Dear All,
I am using the MTS MBLAZE for past one year but since last 3 days I am facing a connectivity issue and could not access Internet. Number actually belongs to Tamilnadu region but for past 2 months I am in Mumbai(roaming). I never faced any problem in these 2 months but could not able to connect Internet now. I called Customer Care on 9150955955 atleast 15 times and could not resolved the issue. Each executive were saying different solutions and none of them able to resolved the issue. Finally they took registered a complaint and its number is nov/4017and received call from Tamilnadu Customer Care Team next day and provided a solution which has been already given by another executive. So, they said they will forward the complaint to Mumbai team(where I am right now). But they closed the complaint without resolving the issue and without my knowledge. I came to know this only after calling the customer care to knew about the status of the complaint. I was totally frustrated and asked them to register a new complaint nov/4413. I even tried calling Mumbai nodal officer Mr.Yogesh at 9146355355 but he said number belongs to Tamilnadu and hence I must call to Tamilnadu nodal officer at 9150255255 and 9150355355 but never attended my call. Again I tried calling customer care but still the complaint is open so asking me to wait for few more days. I am not sure how many days I should wait for the same. This is the worst customer service I have ever faced. They are properly cutting the service if the validity ends in minutes but I am facing the connectivity issue for 3 days and who will bear this charges. Please help me to resolve this issue.

Please don't even dare to buy MTS MBlaze, the company just fools people around, I took it recently since 15 days and i have load of problems like according to ads should get the speed of 3.1 MBPS but after checking on speedtest.net 'l notice the speed to 300-800 KBPS, and downloading speed goes from 30-80 KBPS, regard to this i have been complaining more than 10 times but they say that your problem will be solved in 24 hours, and now 360 hours got over and still i have the same problem, have called dozens of time to the customer care but there 24 hours has still not got completed. I am helpless as there is no one to listen to the problems, i just WASTED my precious money on this GARBAGE MTS, One or the other day have to face problem other than speed issue like Broadband Mode becomes INACTIVE but calling customer care is just like wasting the currency. I expect if my problem will be solved but how and when don't know. I want any action to be taken against my problem or against this company.
