We had requeted for a shift of Airtel connetion from A-585 Sarita Vihar to F-596. The complaint had been launched on 7th Nov and today is 19th Nov i am still without a IP TV and connecton. My phone number is 011-40611759
One of the Line man has flicked the adapters and now the company says that i have to Purchase it from Pritam Pura. They refused to send their engineer with the adapter on payment basis My complaints are :-
1) Transfer mens uninsallation and Reinstallation. Airtel team was not available for unistallation.
2) Adapter has been flicked by airtel team no action taken againt the team
3) After 10 days they inform the customer that they cannot provide the Adapter at home even on payment bases.
4) No follow ups from the Airtel team they treat the existing customers as pathetic creatureas.
5) Lineman update that customer is not Interested in cnnection.
6) Customer being changed for services not beng provided
