Respected Sir/Madam
My name is Sorabh Sharma i stay in bhiwadi i was having a mts broadband and phone connection no 01493510561 in september a sales paerson of mts datacard Mr pawan ph no 9649171835 contacted and insisted me to have n datacard connection ,He said that he will disconnect my previous broadband connection in september for which i have given a written application to him
But in october i received the bill of broadband cvonnection which i have stopped using,In october i went to mts office and met a ofical whose no is 8104000217 and i gave him written application to disconnect my both connection ,But he requested me to carry on the datacard connection and he will disconnect my broadband connection,On his assurance i continued with datacard connection .he assured me that my broadband connection is disconnected on that note i paid the bill for the month of september which i havenot used at all
But till now that is 18/11/2011 i have again received a bill of my broadband connection which is still active
.Due to neglegency of mts staff iam
also they are not giving any appropriate answar to this thing
Kindly help me on this issue
