Hello There,
I had purchased a postpaid mts- mblaze RS - 999 on 14-10-2011 from Anu telecom, sec -22, noida and and got activated on 17-10-2011. The dealer committed me that, 10 GB data will be free for first month and then you have to choose monthly suited plan as per my your budget. despite of this, MTS Company has raised a bill amount of RS 468 by my name. When i complained with MTS CCare they told me MTS - 899 unlimited plan has activated by my number.
I didn't picked any unlimited plan. i want only limited plan.
When i asked to the dealer about this matter, he rudely behaved with me.
Second thing is, They committed me that i will receive 3.1 Mbps speed and now i am getting 1.30 to 1.70 kbps. which is very poor and couldn't checked my mails.
I also complained many times with MTS care and they told me delete cookies, temp files and reinstalled the software etc. in spite of doing this, still i m not getting proper solution.
I am fully frustrated by MTS. Very bad and poor service.
Please solve the problem ASAP.
