I personally been to Airtel office to change my connection plan to Rs.999 per month. However, it has not been updated yet, and I've been billed for the plan 1199. I've already raised a complaint regarding this in the first week of this month, but as of now no one is bothered to rectify this.
Moreover, I'm not going to pay any additional amount apart from the plan that I've requested for. Make the changes and update the correct bill amount.


Let me know why this delay even when I got the confirmation call from Migration Department for the plan change. I need this plan change ASAP. Expecting the reply at the earliest.
