Sub;- Despite my earlier SEVERAL Complaints in respect of my Tel. No.01142440600,my problem still remains unsolved and also even after your so called resolving the assurance vide mail dt.07/11/2011


Deer Sir,

Despite my Several Complaints on the subject issue since July-Aug. 2011, wherein my Plan was CHANGED without my request or asking me, for which repeated complaint/requests had been lodged to correct those HIGHLY INFLATED BILLS, now even after your mail (Enclosed) that the matter has been resolved, I have AGAIN been slapped with the BILL NO. 597873528 , again on the WRONG PLAN. And my phone is been regularly disconnected by saying that the Bill is pending to be paid and the same is restored after explaining them their fault of WRONG BILLING< Which is pending resolution before your good self.

Now after Receipt of the aforesaid WRONG BILL, despite your said mail dt.07/11/2011, I am receiving threatening calls daily (EVEN AFTER YOUR SO CALLED, MATTER BEEN RESOLVED ) to deposit the entire BILL (which again been raised of wrong Bill Plan ) within 24 HOURS< FAILING WHICH MY SERVICES SHALL BE DISCONNECTED, which they have also disconnected even recently.I Asked them to SEND ME THE CORRECTED BILL ON MY OLD COMBO- PLAN of RS. 649.00 (Which I had for about last 8 YEARS ) and also after GIVING DUE DEDUCTIONS/WAIVER of Amounts for which my services were illegally Disconnected/Withheld by your concerned Departments.....But I was replied by the person concerned (Who did not disclose his Identity) And asked me to DEPOSIT the ENTIRE BILLED AMOUNT (Which is totally wrong) and REFUSED to lend to my request of sending the corrected Bill,with due adjustments and required WAIVER. But instead threatened that the SERVICES WILL BE BARRED in case I do not pay within 24 HOURS.

Please note that I shall make the payment only when MY ENTIRE CORRECTED BILL in WRITING is sent to me, along with due deductions WAIVERS for the periods for which my services had been repeatedly withheld and were BARRED and for mental harassment, . Now I feel I have been unduly harassed and Agonised for which I am liable to be suitably compensated, failing which I am initiating appropriate AUTHORITIES/ COURTS / FORUMS for Appropriate Actions for enforcement of my constitutional rights and for penal compensation against your organization for your illegal actions and causing me great mental & working harassments besides causing me GREAT MENTAL AGONY.
