hi i was using broad band of bsnl last year oct -2010, nov2010 broadband bill were left to pay so in december -2010 broadband was disconnected. so we thouh that it is now closed and we didnt received any bill ill june 2011 suddenlly 1 day we received a bill of 4600rs from dec 2010 to 31 may 2011.so if due to non payments of bills my connection was disconnected then why the have send me the bill.2-> if the connection was not disconnected then why they didnt send me bill of every month like dec-2010,jan 2011..in this wayso i agree of paying oct,npov 2010 bill o 1400. but i want my refund back of 4200rs/
