I have taken a 6 month plan cost around 3800rs starting march 15 to sept 15. my customer id is 1102395167. taken in the name of sivakumar. Problems arised in my connection on may. And on advice from a service engineer manivannan ( ph no 9994869951), i disconnected my connection. He advised me to disconnect cos there was poor signal in my area and at that time he promised me that i wil get my remaining 4 months rental within 1 month of disconnection, as i was in a unlimited 512 kbps plan. It's november now and still now there is no reply from there side and every time i call them they are providing me the same reply as my request is in process. Request to immediately process my request and provide me refund for 4 months immediately
