my name is brajdeep singh . in month of june i have take 3g of bsnl postpaid connection ,and take the plan of 15 gb for the month ,but after month ,they send me the bill of rs 9200,and not only that ,after that thay have send me Rs 36000 bill for only 15 days , i am so surprised that ,how it would be possible ,than i thought about my uses and with maximum uses 30 gb data is hogh as per my uses ,but they deny all thing and tell me to submit the bill ,ihave submitted Rs 13000 in my bill ,but now they have send a notification regrading my bill that clarification regrading not submit all bills .so sir please help me in this issue ,what is the option for me ,to solve this issue ,i will be highly obliged.
