This is in regards a request to cancel my indicom broadband connection (a/c no.977852304).
I had called the customer-helpdesk for over a month to take down this cancellation request but to no avail.
I got fed up calling the helpdeask again and again but everytime i get a reply saying "system is down".
The helpdesk executives have not been able to even provide me a satisfactory reason, leave aside address my concerns.
Therefore, as a last resort i had to email them to take my request on priority and cancel the aforementioned tata indicom broadband connection ASAP.
But now after some 4-5 months i have started getting notices from the company for non-payment of dues.
This is totally unfair as first they wont take your request for cancellation adn then on top of that even charge you for that period.
Would anybody be able to suggest me as to what can i do to resolve this issue.
