I have subscribed Airtel broadband services 3 weeks ago with CEF No-2936305. Airtel Executive “Abhishek (9911080003)” called me and came to my home which didn’t take 10 hours. I gave him the cheque and he disappeared. I am calling him continuously & he is not picking my phone and sometimes picks and cuts the phone by hearing my name. I got his senior’s no. somehow “Praveen (9818713680)” but no resolution till now. Airtel provided me worst services even MTNL and BSNL are much better. I have raised 2 complains 7084638 and 7219830, but no action till now.
I would even recommend all my near ones not to use AIRTEL services anymore.
