i am facing same tikona problem.
when i took this connection the sales person come to me and said that 699 rs with 2mbps plan upto 9gb.
but when it start on 5 Nov . from that day it is having only 512 kbps when i complain to customer care they said that no such plan is there sales person may wrong. what is this that means sales person selling for there own sake.
they only want to sell plan any how even lie to people.
now
from 4days i am facing new problem that it is disconnected may be there line fault. so i complain to cutomer care again but they said 48 hr for resolution but after 2 days no body came. even i again call so they said that again 24 hr takes.
i think tikona dont even have a track record of problem solution system.
now present condition is that.

they have given me wrong plan
taken 1322 rs
there sales person not even picking my call.
even i sent request to disconnect my internet permanantly they still not responded.
what should i do now. i firmly decided that i will never take this internet connection from TIKONA.

i request do some action over this if anybody able because they are looting people .
