I should simply say Airtel as a corporation has a problem now. First Mobile, now am having problems with Broadband as well. My Broadband was not working for a week in August and have some complaints registered with them as well. the problem got sorted only when the executive visited my place posted the 5th complaint. I had very clearly asked the CCE to help me get the waiver for the problematic period which he said would be adjusted in the bill.
However, the bill never had any adjustment...further, on complaining the agent simply said that no waiver would be given to me for non-working broadband.
If this is the way you are going to treat your customers, i can assure you that we will ensure that you have huge debts that would need to be written-off from your records.
I have not made a payment for the last 3 months and even now, whenever the CCE calls me up to enquire about payment, i only ask for the waiver of the non-working period and the late fees and i will pay the remaining amount. Even while the dispute is recorded every time, no action is taken and further they have now disconnected my broadband...utterly amazing.
I am now planning to switch over to some other network...Any recommendations on this front would be appreciated. I stay in Noida.
