Hi,

I am using airtel for more than 5 year now and raised couple of complaints on frequent disconnection of internet connection and was advised that my modem was faulty and to adviced replace the same. I did the same and subsequently I recieved a bill for the month of August 2011 for Rs. 6600 which is supposed to be 1550 per month which I was paying for last 2 years. I raised a complaint with the customer care by September 2011, but it was closed without any resolution and information to me.

Then I recieved a bill for September for Rs. 2800 plus and then again for October same 6600 which is not my usage at all. I had raised complain again and the same is closed without any resolution. Now I can't pay more than my regular bill amount of Rs. 1550 a month.

I also work for a corporate which is using Airtel as our prefered customer and I myself have 4 Airtel mobile connection.

I am also planning to raise the same with National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission if not provided with a resolution and correction of bill.
