This is a complaint regarding the non-payment of my refund amount. Here are the particulars:
I applied for a broadband connection last month and was promised a connection in maximum four days. But no one came for a week. So called the person who took my application by the name of Dharmender Naik again and told him my problem and he gave me a number to talk to. I called that number and the person told me that the connection is not feasible in my house. So I called Mr. Naik again and told him about it. He told me that he will call me later after talking to the guy. But he didn't call back so I had to call Mr. Naik back and then he told me that a new box will be fitted but it will take another 8 to 9 days, I told him that its okay as long as I get my connection. But again waiting for 10 days proved useless as when I called both of them they told me that it is not feasible. So I asked for a refund and they told me to call another number (customer care). So I did and they told me that refund process has been started and I will get my money back on or before the 31st of last month. I waited till the 31st but didn't get any money so I again called customer care to ask about the status of my refund. They told me that the activation in my name is still not cancelled and they will file another complaint number and I will get my money by the 9th latest. So I waited till 8th but still didn't see any development in my case so I called customer care about my complaint status and they told me that the activation in my name is still not rejected and they will file a complaint now and I will get my refund 10 to 20 days after the activation is rejected. So I called the number Dharmender Naik gave me and ask him about my connection status since he earlier told me that it was rejected and he told me that it WAS rejected. So I sent an email to the nodal officer here and stated my case and they replied to me that I will be refunded my money till the 14th by 2:48 P.M. That was yesterday and I still haven't got my money back nor have I got any calls or any other form of communication from Airtel. So now I am furious and I would like Airtel to do something about it because I am a webmaster and my work suffered a lot because of your lousy staff.
