I had subscribed for 3 data connections from Tata Docomo . All were 3 G connections . We used these for our project purposes . The services of Tata Docomo have not been very good( Frankly do not opt for Tata Docomo, if you have choice) . Still we made their monthly payments always on time . When the project got over we called thier customer care and asked them to terminate the connections . To our horror, we came to know that they have not terminated the connections , even after 15 days .
Hence we started sending them written emails on thier email id listen@tata-docomo ,and the reply from listen@tata-docom was an apolozy for it . But at the same time they told that we have some outstanding balance .So to close it once for all we made all the payments at Indiranagar (Bangalore ) outlet . All these payments were done based on the amount mentioned in the reply from listen@tata-docomo.
But these tata docomo guys again started calling us from next week onwards again saying that we have payments due . And surprisingly the duration of these days are after we asked them to disconnect the services . I told them that I have done all the payments and these are not applicable to me as the duration of billing is after we asked them to disconnect all the data cards and after we have done all the payment as marked by them in their reply as outstanding.
There customer care guys are calling me every now and then disturbing my peace of mind .Now they have done extremely carzy activity . They are harassing me by saying that they will file the case in court . This is big cheating and fraud by a so called big corporation.Please suggest.
