I shifted to a new place on Nov 1 2011.
I called airtel customer care on 31st october to shift the landline and broadband to the new place on 31st Oct 2011. I was told that by Nov 2 2011, 11.30 am, the connection will be shifted.
Since then I am daily calling airtel and being told that by tomorrow, or today you will get a call regarding the status of the complaint.
For 2-3 days, nodal office was replying to emails; after that they too stopped replying. Call to nodal officers always end up call on hold for 15 mins and getting a IVRS response that nodal officers are busy.
Calls to customer care usually end up in assurance that today night or tomorrow morning you will get a call from concerned department and that they have raised the priority.
My job demands me to have internet at my home and I have to travel almost 5 kms daily to my friend's house to connect to internet.
I have lost hope from airtel. Airtel service is at its worst.
