Mts is cheater Myself aadesh anand on 31-10-2011 i bought a data card from S.K TELECOM SECTOR-11 ROHINI
NEW DELHI-110085,MY MDN 8459209529.with 6GB data.i told S.k tele for demo then he call
your area agent who is your employee (a sikh ) & i satisfied with your data card.then bought & i hand over
my documents regarding verification.on yesterday (13-11-2011) my data card not working,today i call at your
customer care cell & i told him that my data card is not working then he asked some questions regarding verifcation
my name,the i bought & i provide full information regarding data card.
he told that this is issue somebody (prem singh) & activation date was 14-10-2011 not 31-10-2011.

I purchased a mts connection sold to me saying that I would get a 30 GB usage with High speed free. But after 6GB the usage stopped. All my requests to the retailer vent in vain. He made me talk to the mts guy who promised help which never came. I had to perforce buy another high speed download of Rs. 999. The speed is still slow where as the promised speed is 3.1 mbps. They just do not reply the mails.
