I took the broadband connection with 1MBPS speed and Rs1099+ as payment. In July I came to know that they have changed the plan to Rs799 and they have giving 4MBPS in 1099. I called them and asked why my charges are not reduced to which the Customer care said that you need to call and mention and then we will change the rates.
I told them that please upgrade my speed to 4MBPS and I am happy with paying 1099 every month. I was told that they will do that only change from next billing cycle.
They call me in after next billing cycle and said that they can only give me 2MBPS for Rs. 899. I confirmed and they said it will be in effect from next billing cycle and I need to continue paying Rs. 1099 for 1 MBPS.
Till today every month they call me and say the same thing, and I am still paying higher charges. I have contacted even the floor manager of the call center and they still say they cannot help and I need to wait for next billing cycle.
They called and confirmed 2 weeks back and said this time I will get this resolved. The billing cycle started for this month and I am still on 1MBPS with 1099 payment.
2 days back I got a SMS that I have purchased Internet Security PC Secure from Airtel and Rs. 100 will be charged from Airtel. Which I never subscribed.
I am not sure how to get this resolved and am really frustrated. I have no other option and no other connection is available in my area otherwise would have left this pathetic service.
