Default Reliance Netconnect+ speed is tooooo low

Hi, my reliance netconnect+ number is 9382367236.
I was promised a speed of 3.1 MBPS (which should give me around 380+ KBPS download rate).
But when I try to download any file at the most I get 70 KBPS at any given time.


I even checked speedtest.net, airtel's speed test.
None of the sites report my speed as greater than 65 KBPS.


This is brutal cheating.


Can anyone help me on how to fix it. Like should I make a complaint?

Try complaining at Mumbai Grahak Panchayat Head Office in Vile Parle.

The best solution for netconnect+ users would be to make a list of all the complaint no.s which have been given to you by the reliance customer care , the names of the shitconnect+ employees , mentioning that they haven't been too keen on solving the speed issue and then dropping this complaint letter in the Mumbai Grahak Panchayat Head Office at vile Parle and another copy to the reliance shitworld showroom.
