ID:	5606i have purchased vodafone netcruise on 27 oct 2011 , and just after 10 days i have realised vodafone is worst internet service provider, i have used tata photon , reliance and now vodafone, i have to say tata photon is d best and voda netcruise is d worst , i purchased voda netcruise for 2050.00 rs. , my vodafone netcruise number is 8459538017 , i have lodged complaint in vodfone net cruise customer care twice regarding the speed of voda netcruise, the maximum speed i am getting is 15 kpbs where as company promises the speed of 3.1 mbps , my first complaint number was NOV/49 ans second complaint number is nov/126 , but there has been no response , its disgusting on the part of concerned officials of vodafone . people reading this should be aware while purchasing vodafone internet dongles. my mobile number is 9899538785

    Unhappy Netcruise datacard from vodafone

    I have purchased the vodafone netcruise on 25 nov 2011. before geting the device, i clarify the speed of the device, the customer care person told that i can max 3.1 MBPS speed and min 1 MBPS and i installed and tried in my Laptop. It is giving only 10-20 kbps speed while dowloading and while accessing intenet max 150 kbps.

    This is nothing but cheating a customer with wrong information. Please note this as a complaint and suggest a solution ASAP.

    Thumbs down vodafone is a big cheater

    I have got a Vodafone postpaid mobile. I have a vodafone 3G data stick and a netcruise data stick. You may think that I love their services so i got three things from them but no. I was sold all these with hell lot of false commitments and misleading service info. I got their postpaid mobile connection and they told me a lot of lies about the services and robbed Rs1750 from me...i could use that fu**ing shit for only 13 days and it stopped working after 5 GB usage but i was told that after 5GB I will be charged 2P/10KB but that did not happened they stopped the services, i had to suffer a lot with my work. I was also told that if i do not like the services i can return the crap and get my money back withing a cooling off period of 14 days. When i went to a vodafone store to return it,they straight away refused to take it back and told me there is a unbilled amount of Rs12000 to be paid,i used only 5 GB data in 13 days after which my services were barred and as per the plan i was supposed to be getting 5GB data free in the rental of Rs1250. I don't know what the fu** is the unbilled amount of Rs12000 for. As I was suffering with my work for no internet, I asked what should i do now. They again sold me another crap (Netcruise) again with hell fuc*ing lot of misleading info and false commitments which were I would be getting a 3G speed of 7.2 mbps till the usage of 6 GB and after that i would be converted to a 2G plan and all i had to pay is Rs 2050 to be started with and Rs999 per month. I was trapped again by the scamming skills of the fraudster vodafone people. I used it for 10 days with the speed of 0.30 to 0.50 mbps because i had no choice i had already spent around Rs 4000 in total with it. But again on the 11th day it stopped working. I called their so called happy to help care, who started transferring my calls to one department to another, no one fuc*ing helped me.


    Can any one help me, how to file a complaint against it in the consumer court. Please give the procedure.

    And i warn everyone do not be scammed and trapped by this company called vodafone for the internet or any data plans. I want to ask vodafone, do you train your employees how to scam, trap or mislead someone for money??

    i have vodafone netcruise on 19/nov/2011. after the 12 days i have realised vodafone is worst internet service provider , i purchased voda netcruise for 1800rs. , my vodafone netcruise number is 8459538939 , i have lodged complaint in vodfone net cruise customer care twice regarding the speed of voda netcruise, the maximum speed i am getting is 5 to 15 kpbs where as company promises the speed of 3.1 mbps..................

    I've purchased Net Cruise on 28th dec. 2011. and i got 5 gb free data usage for one month. but when i checked connection log of the device then i found that the device was already activated on 22nd of dec. and 900 mb of data has been already used and not only that..... the company has promised to give the speed of 3.1 mbps.. but i'm getting speed of just 10-30 kbps.... so now im just cursing my self for purchasing the device.. i am felling that i have been cheated very badly..... now plz help me out.....

    Default vodafone not responding

    i have recently purchased a vodafone net cruise data card on jan 1st of 2012 by paying 1.3 k; i saw the add in a vodafone add paper that vodafone net cruise card provides a speed of 3 mbps for the initial 6 gb; and after which it will provide a speed of 1 mbps ; i bought this product believing the add and itsmodel num is ac2746; esn(dec)22105280776 mdn 8935008449; but after using the data card for about 6 hours and downloading data of about 3 gb; the speed drastically reduced; now i am gettin downloading speed of 10 kbps at the max; i have loged several complains in vodafone cust care;i called for about 10 plus times; but none of the agents were able to provide me with a satisfying resolution;i know that being a customer care executive is not an easy task; but at least they myst try to fix my issue after complaining so much.
    now what does this mean????
    is vodafone cheating its customers by making false promises?????
    and how can any company give false advertisement?????
    and is this the way to treat a customer for being so calm and blindly believing what the cust care executive says to the customer?????

    I am also a duped customer of netcruise..i purchased this 'amazing' device on nov 2nd. and its so good that i haven't got that bloody 3.1 mbps speed even for a single day, never have i seen download speed cross 60kbps that too in a 3G enabled area..have tried every means to reach vodafone..twitter, mail, customer care executive, call center, nodal officer.jst abt everything..but nothing has worked for me till now..i jst don't understand how can they ignore same complaint so conveniently when its getting repeated again n again..and the 'most amazing' part of this devise is the speed shown in the status bar will be unimaginably high but when u actually start downloading you end up getting nothing..this is by far the most STUPID/PATHETIC service from vodafone..even a much smaller company like MTS is way better than this..

    vodafone improve ur customer care and grievance address mechanism, anyway i have lost all hopes ..this is my last shot if not ill crush this card forever..good bye NETCRUISE

    I am in Delhi .Recently i bought the Vodafone netcruise. I found that the speed of the Browsing is very worst. Regarding this issue i have raised the complait againt this problem with customer care and the complaint number is MAR/1082 on 24th Mar.But on 29th Mar i got a message that my complaint has been resolved and closed. That was suprising me regarding this issue no one called and asked me about the actual issue. The complaint closed but the problem still persists like It is keep on fluctuating, like suddenly it is reaching the and the speed max of 30Kpbs while first time connect. within couple of seconds the speed goes to 3 to 4 kbps.3. Say for example it takes 30 to 45 seconds to load the google india home page. When i contacted the concern person where i bought the device he gave me some another person (Delhi circle Head Prashant.Kumar3@vodafone.com). Then i spoke him and replied like he will clear the problem in a minute and asked me to send the concerns to his email.So i have sent the same story from the beginning. But as of now i havent receive any reply even i am sending the follow up mails.

    But the final conclusion i have lost my money and Hopes .So my suggestion would be never go with that vodafone netcruise.

    If you have enough money atleast give it to beggers.

    Default Vodafone netcruise has not been ativated yet

    I have purchased a net cruiser shop guy assured me it will get activated in one hour, its more than a month but my connection is still not activated. I am daily going to the store where I purchased, a guy wearing vodafone t-shirt assures me it will get acvativated in 1 hour but it never get activated. now I feel I got cheated. when I went to vodafone store even they are not helping.
    I have been conitnously calling but no response.

    i have purchased vodafone netcruise on 16-04-12
    with 801 unlimited plan
    customer care executive told me that it will give 3.1 mbps till 5 gb and after 5gb it will give 200 kbps speed..
    but it was givin 100 kbps till 4 gb and after that its givin 5 kbps speed.

    totally fucking.......vodafone and its customer care exucatives are totally motherfucker blloooody assss holes
    fuck the vodafone
