    Default Reliance NetConnect disconnects after every 19 minutes

    Hi,

    My Reliance NetConnect+ is always disconnects after 19 minutes. I tried it in 2 other laptops and the issue is same.
    So, the issue is not with the Antivirus or someother software running on my laptops.
    The customer support is very poor and they are not responding to my complaints.
    I'm facing lot of difficulties when do my office work from home. It is very irritating and blocking me to work efficiently.
    I'm paying so much of money but getting one of the worst ever service I have ever seen.

    Please let me know the procedure to file a case against them.

    Thumbs down bad service from Reliacne.......ever since propogate best covarage through out contry

    I sunil Gajanan Manjrekar,

    Want to disconnect the reliance netconnect connection, and also does not utilising the device from last 6-8 months.
    Hence still my request has not been accepted. Ever since i have been guided other means of process to held-up and been charged up for the continous bill. Major reason to discomfort is less connectivity of the service at my residental area.

    Default I want to disconnect RConnect

    Hi,

    I want a proper clearance of my bills and disconnecting the connection completely.
    I hv been charged for the data which im not been using because of poor signal.
    I hav given several complaints still no one acting on it.
    hence im not paying my bills.
    I want the RCOM to charge me according to my data usage and get me disconnected out of your network
