i have a Airtel broadband connection 07514017376 , which has been cancelled on Nov 3 2011 & when i called customer care he said that i have send the request for cancellation but i sen the mail on 10 Oct 2011 & after that i send a mail on 12 Oct 2011 to continue the connection and to upgrade the plan from 559 to 699 because i have some problems in speed, he also told me to par the bill on 4 Nov , which has the due date of 6 Nov 2011 then the connection will be activated , and now they told me to wait till 11 Nov to activate my connection .
