I had purchase Tata Indicon Photon Whiz, USB Modem for internet services

from TVHCOCO, Civil Lines South, 171&174 Civil Lines Southm Court Road,

Muzaffarnagar, Uttarpradesh for Rs.1,999/- (Rupees One Thousand Nine

Hundered Ninety Nine Only) on 5th of Aug,2009 vide Invoice No.12009-10/

4300-2112-00116. The Service People failed to connect internet connection

at my home computer due to network failures. The Tata Indicom staff told

many lies to sold the USB Modem like giving good services always. But

In my life time i never seen this type of bad services from the tata

indicom staff. So many times i complained regarding solve the internet

problem at my home computer, but nobody is taking care. I am herewith

acknowledge the purchase bill as a proof for your ready reference. Now

I Pray to you please help me to refund back the USB Modem Amount of

Rs.1,999/- and cancel CONNECTION OF THE TATA INDICOM USB MODEM (PHOTON

WHIZ)CONNECTION NO.9219525493.
