Using Reliance resulted in high blood pressure

Hello Everyone ( except anyone from reliance BB division as I am sure they don't have time for their customers ),
I started using reliance BB since May,2011 ( why ? why ? why ? ) and then started my nightmare. My blood pressure prior to that was 130/80 and now its 160/85, thanks to BB customer care as I always end of shouting and screaming.
Let me start explaining my story...
One fine day ..sorry one bad day one of the sales rep from reliance approached me for their service as I shifted to hyderabad from kolkata 2 days prior to that. I needed broadband for my work, as I have to do office work from home sometimes.
My first question was do you people serve wireless..." Yes sir we do.. we do provide wireless internet service ( mis leading statement ) "
I asked see I have 2 laptops at my place, one used my me and the other one by my elder brother..will both work.. ? " yes certainly the connection will be same you can use any of the laptop "
Fine cause I had faith in RELIANCE and the name Ambani's without much fuss I took the service. And started the dark era in my life..
I got myself a wireless router ( a branded one, checked properly at 3 different locations ...tested OK ) to get the connection wireless as reliance provided me with a modem that too single Ethernet port , lord knows how can I use two computer at a time with a modem having one Ethernet port..these sales guys needs technical training.
Here comes the next phase...the wireless does not work. Its not because the router is at fault. Its because reliance does not support wireless service. Means ? this was my question...and came a blunt answer from the other end of the phone.." SEE SIR IF YOU ARE USING 2 COMPUTERS YOU HAVE TO TAKE 2 INTERNET CONNECTIONS.." [ used caps to denote the pitch and voice of the support guy ].
I was set aback...and asked see what I mean is i have a connection but have 2 laptops at my home, I wanna use both of them simultaneously..I don't mind the speed is shared between the two..but I need to use both of them simultaneously....
And comes a whip on my face " MR. RAUNAK YOU ARE WASTING MY TIME, I TOLD IT IS NOT POSSIBLE WE DOES NOT SUPPORT IT...IF YOU WANT TO USE BOTH THE LAPTOPS YOU HAVE TO TAKE ONE MORE CONNECTION...
and this illogical argument continued for 4-5 mins then a sound came " tee....tee....tee...tee..." , they hung up on me.
Thanks to my friend who works for an ISP company , he helped me to fix the wireless issue. But reliance is reliance , it will not let you be in peace...now started DNS server error.
With my knowledge I tried explaining the tech support guys /girls....see I can use my chat , am on chat and it working..just no web pages are opening up. I have checked the DNS setting from my end and did everything..there has to be a problem with your network cloud or switch...get it checked....
Useless ..explaining them..they are nothing but a bunch of useless fellows.
Being asked for a floor supervisor, got one scripted answer ...we have only one of them available and he is busy......I asked his manager....and got to hear..sorry no one else is available..be on hold or call back later. I asked can you ask him to call me back once he is done...YES I WILL...was the promise, which is never fulfilled.
A company like reliance running a technical support team without any manager or supervisor on floor (result of being outsourced to DSA).
Along with all these problem..they disconnected my connection twice in spite of the bill being paid on time....
" OH sorry for the inconvenience " was the answer....shameless people.
Wish my torment would have stopped here but no..even Satan would leave its victim but Reliance does not .
Twice to thrice every week the connections stops working in middle of my work leaving me helpless. And I pay a nearby cyber cafe. When the connection comes back I am always asked to contact customer support to get the password reseated as my last session was not properly terminated and once reseated it takes 6 hrs to work..upon which their support says...if it takes , it takes why to make fuss about it...
This is what is customer service...given a chance will mark them in negative for service and customer service and handling skills...
So now I am stuck with one laptop ( though I have 2 ), poor service, un-displayed webpages half of the time,slow speed as icing on cake,sudden death of internet connection, multiple instance for password reset....etc etc etc and the list will never end as it is reliance.
These customer service people are hopeless, worthless,irresponsible,liar, rude, irritating bunch of morons...
I have decided to throw my modem out of the window as I am getting an alternate connection for myself
Guys please do not take reliance internet connection if you are from Hyderabad , no , never..its a nightmare...its enough to cause you a heart attack, raised BP and even a brain stroke.
Can somebody please advice me how to take this matter to consumer forum...as I want to take this company to court.
