I am using the broad band connection for past 5 years and till now i made the payment promptly.
For last 4 months my bill amount are wrongly calculated and every time after raising a complaint it is getting resolved.
And while sending the next month statement also the revised bills are not sent and only the current bill detail are shown in the current bill.
This month also I am facing the same problem. I have not made the payment for this month.
Based on your confirmation i am planning to pay the amount.
Please revisit my current bill and send me an updated bill copy so that i can make the payment.
