    Default slow speed of idea net setter

    hello
    I have connection of idea net setter. From last three month i got problem because of slow speed of it. It waste my time and money both. I have made complaint many time but there is not any response from you, so I want to disconnect my connection.
    Take your idea net setter device back from me and refund me all the money which I pay you at the time of purchasing of this device.

    Default less speed

    i use idea net setter with unlimited 3G plan at the cost of 945 Rs per month. I expected much more upload and download speed. the network is quite unstable and sometimes it disconnect on its own. i hope !dea does something about this

    i recently purchase a idea net setter. but unfortunately somebody stole it.so please help me for that what shold i do.

    Angry Idea 3G Net Setter : TERRIBLY ANNOYING SERVICE

    Hi,I brought a New IDEA 3G NETSETTER last week i.e on May 8, 2012. The connectivity is worse, there is no signal most of the time. After 4 days the device stopped working. i'm not able to connect to internet. Called to the customer care cell number on the pack printed on the box 022-67100007, turns out they are Huawei customer care and they were unable to answer any technical related issues. Then got an another local customer care number which turns out worse no matter which language you select for the conversation you get something else. After many attempts somehow by god's grace you get to speak in the same language they can't solve your issue and asks you to visit the nearest service center and asks DID I SOLVE YOUR ISSUE!? How DUMB! all they want to do is somehow get rid of the customer's questions. So finally got the person who sold the device, got details for the regional head for these kind of issues... Here it comes he says the server is DOWN! Arrgh... How long the server can be down... It seems he was trained only to say the ONLY line the SERVER IS DOWN! After futile attempts to get some solution from him now i asked for the service center and he says its available everywhere! How SAD this can become.Dear IDEA 3G NETSETTER,I have understood all you want is to make money through some fancy advertisements and always failing fancy promises. Can't you teach your customer care to direct to an appropriate persons to solve the issues? How the sales heads don't know the locations for Service centers when there are only 2-3 in Hyderabad.I'm deeply disappointed with your product. I'd be very much happy not recommending this products to my friends. Thanks

    Default Complaint against Idea Net Setter - Bill after cancellation ?

    Respected Sir,Name: Jabir Ali K, Address: Kanhichalil House, Thachampa P.O, Palakkad DT, Kerala - 678593.Idea Net Setter Post Paid Account Number: 1613068/8606020433 , Ph. Number : 8606020433 , Date of Taking connection : 02-December-2011The above-said connection was taken from Idea PALA branch (in Kottayam district, Kerala). While taking the connection, I had informed the agent (a lady) that I need to cancel the connection after one month. The agent had agreed to it. [This is because- I'm, being a student of IIT Madras was on a one month vacation during December 2011. Obviously, I can't use it in Chennai and so I wanted to cancel it after one month.] I used it for one month, and sincerely the connection was very slow. Just after one month, I sent My sister to the PALA office for cancellation (as I returned to Chennai in December last week and the Idea agent had agreed that any blood relative can come after one month and cancel the connection upon writing a request). The lady agent was not there and another agent disagreed to cancel the connection. I sent her again on the next day. This time, the lady agent was there and she agreed to cancel the connection and my sister had signed on a paper for the cancellation. The agents asked her to pay extra amount than that was specified. We paid around Rs.1500 & they said the connection is cancelled.After this, nobody has even connected the netsetter to any computer. No single Kb is used. Still, every month we get a bill. We contacted the PALA agents, and there was no proper response. Today, I got a letter saying I have to pay Rs.931.38 + 500 - to avoid legal actions. (REF: ICL/NBCP/May 2012/1062/170884 , Dated 13-May-2012). I hereby request you to verify if the connection was cancelled. If it was not cancelled, cancel it soon and take proper action against the agents. With all respect to Idea, I state that I'm not responsible for this error & honestly won't pay a single paisa extra.
