    Angry Tata Photon Plus - Billing Issue

    Hi

    I have issue regarding my TataPhoton Plus billing, which occurs due to negligence of Tata Customer care.
    In month of September i sent a mail to customer to change my Bill Plan from 450 monthly rental to 850 Monthly rental effective from October month.
    But the customer care person misinterpret the mail and changed my bill plan in current month(sep) cycle.
    When came to know about this , i again sent mail to customer asking to revert changes and do as i asked in previous mail.
    After repeated request they accept my request and again changed my plan back to 450 and also given extra rental waiver.

    But now when the bill comes, it calculated everything on prodata bases and due to this one some particular days when i used more internet download, thoes particular days my free usage given (or calculated based on prodata) was very less, leading to over consumption. Due to this huge bill amount generated.

    Now this amount is generated because of negligence of Customer Care person and i have to bear to loss.

    After sending mail and calling customer care repeatedly i am not getting satisfactory response. Every time my complaint was closed saying no issue with billing.

    I have all the e mail communication, which states the mistake at thier end but nobody is listening.

    Can something be done in this regards.
