    I had subscribed to your broadband service and my client ID is 100000112917827. Earlier my office address (broadband installation address) was: 204, Saket Complex, BPC Road, Akota, Vadodara, Gujarat-390020. Since I shifted from that premise, I requested Reliance Customer Care people to shift the connection to my new address which is A-53, Akshar Bungalow, Nr.Mathuranagari Society, O P Road, Vadodara, Gujarat. I requested for location change on 25th February 2011 and customer care guy informed me that somebody from technical department would contact me within 48 hours to confirm location transfer. And Ideally that should have happened by 28th February 2011.

    Nobody called me back for the mentioned purpose and I reminded them twice on 1st March 2011 and 2nd March 2011 respectively as I was to vacate the office on 8th march 2011 and move into new premise. Finally, I got a call from technical department on 4th March 2011 and they stated that they can not provide services at newly shifted premise as they do not have sufficient infrastructure for that area.

    Eventually I paid the Rs.550/- on the very same day and cleared all the dues till that date (i.e. upto 4th March 2011) and requested to terminate my services (to the local office in written form) henceforth as you are not able to provide connectivity to my new address.(I have been informed that Reliance Communication Ltd delete the data older than 3 months as such I do not have the request number for the termination) As such from that date onwards I have not used your services even for a single minute.

    Somewhere around 1st April 2011, I got a call from collection agency and they claimed that I have an outstanding of Approx 500/- and the same is supposed to be paid immediately. I explained the entire case to that lady over phone but she arrogantly insisted me to clear the dues or else I will have to go through bitter experience. I once again requested for termination of services on 5th April 2011 (Request no: 152164462) and agreed to pay prorate charges for 3-4 days (which I had used after 4th March 2011). Since it was your fault of not terminating my services even on my request, I am not liable to pay the penalty or overdue charges. The customer care guy agreed to send collection guy to collect the required dues and also collect the instrument. The collection guy called me twice and fixed appointment to come and collect instrument and payment and also handover me NOC but nobody turned up as per the commitment.

    I once again got a call from collection guy and he informed I have dues of more than Rs.1000/- and if I do not pay he will keep on calling, harassing and torturing me. I once again placed a request on 26th April 2011 (Request No: 151702104) and once again I had been assured of getting the instrument and payment collected. Finally, services were terminated on 6th May 2011. One fine day, I got a legal notice (which is duly attached herewith). After that, the collection guy so far called me 5 times, fixed appointment but has not turned up as yet.

    On 1st August 2011, I got a call from Mr.Raghunath from your Legal department and he said he has lodged a complaint against me in Mumbai Civil court.

    I would bring to your notice that I have already requested three times for termination (once in march '11, 2nd on 5th April 2011-Request no: 152164462 and 3rd on 26th April 2011 Request No: 151702104) and in spite of that fact because of negligence, irresponsibility of Reliance Communication Ltd team, I have been made scapegoat of the inhumane approach, mental torture and agony. This has badly affected my mental state and my business directly/indirectly.

    I have sent above mailers to the Nodal Office and & Appellate Authority but nobody responded so far and again today somebody from Delhi (09535149612 and 9891429060) called me and threatened me to pay the amount to the tune of 22,000/-. This is absurd and there is end to the senseless claims by you people. I would suggest to sort this out at the earliest and stop harassing me at the earliest. I would expect to hear soon from you people.
