    Dear Sir,

    I used the tikona service from around 30th July to 2th September 2011, And In between this period many times I was not able to connect to the internet because of tikona service connection problems.

    I was not able to connect to internet for days counting to around 7-10 days. And Even for most of day wherein it was working, the connection was two much fluctuating. Some time I was not able to login in morning and some time I was not able to login in afternoon. And hence I forced to go to cybercafé for internet access.

    I had also done the complained against this connectivity problem for three to four times in tikona customer care. They temporary fixed the problem in one day and within next 2 to 3 days same problem were used to come again. And this shows that tikona does not have proper control in their connectivity issues.

    During this period of usage I did not use the tikona broadband service for more than 20 days effectively. And this is because of the interrupted and bad services of tikona. Even though I had a broadband connection I was forced to go to cybercafé for my urgent works. Sir you can think have how much frustrating it is for a customer.

    For the period which is very much less than two months of time, Tikona is asking me two pay for two months of bill. Above I already explained that I had used the tikona service for only around 20 days and that too because of connection problem from tikona side itself. So it is unfair and illegal to ask for money from a customer who suffered a lot from their service.

    Are they going to pay me for the money that I spend on cybercafé just and just because of tikona service issues?

    For their poor service pattern and my loss of money and time they never apologize to me.

    But Instead Every single day ( from last one week ) a new executive is calling me, that too in office hour in which I was working or present in any important corporate meeting, Asking for the payment for two months. When they call, the first sentence they say "Your payment is pending when you are paying your bill". They do not even greet. And I had to say yesterday I discussed my issue with one of your executive who called me.

    Sir, please understand the way tikona is frustrating me.

    I explained to their executive the problems but they are not listening to me properly, they are not able to understand the level of frustration that tikona has given to me and keep on asking money for two months.

    I had already given the one month of service charges to tikona at the time of installation. So for the effective usage of 20 days, Instead of asking me for money, logically tikona should pay me for the money that I forced to spend on cybercafé for internet usage (costing more than 300 Rs), because of tikona connection problems.

    Here I gently request tikona too not disturb and frustrate me anymore and close the payment issue by understanding the case.

    I have called so many time in Tikona call centre but none has understood my problem in such better way then him. This person has understand my problem and solved my problem with resolution .He is very genuine person. This person is working very good and doing his job smartly. Request you to appreciate him and promote him. This person has taken my follow-up and he gave me call back and solved my problem. He is very much dedicated to his work. Request you to tell HR to keep this person as Role model and recruit Agents.
    I had been using Tikona for quite sometime, so far so good. However recently just had a little hitch in the device. But, as always your executives were quite helpful and quick with their response and attending our problem. Thanks.
    Value for money, good service and reliable and fast high speed internet, to say the least for Tikona. Keep up the quality!

    I dont know what to say now.
    Today also I received the call from tikona center, asking about the same questions of payment.
    I told tham call me letter. I will not pick up any more call from tikona.

    Why dont you take any actions immediately and stop tham to call me.
    I am tired of being with this case.

Our Billing team has gone through the details and as per there update outstanding of Rs 1,696.80 is pending (15 Aug to 14 Sep bill was of Rs 1340 as there was 11560 MB usage beyond free usage), and there was usage from 7/30/2011 to 9/5/2011 of 19 GB.     Default Complaints against tikona wire free internet service

    Our internet is not working from sunday 23 oct.2011
    complaints given on 25th oct.2011
    engineer visited on 27th oct.2011 at 11.00am.
    Problem did not solved

    engineer said he will send another engineer after 1 hour.
    Engineer did not turn up.
    Complaint again registered with tikona customer service on 18002094276 on 27th oct.2011 at 5.29pm & 2.56pm.

    Frustrated with tikona service.
    Request to discontinue the service.

    Post Complaint against Tikona Broadband service

    Hello Sir/Madam,
    I decided to go for a Tikona broadband connection a week ago and called up local tikona executives for survey of the signal and one Mr.Sunil had come and said that the signal is good. Couple of days later he called me serveral times and then when i asked him to send someone, there was an executive at my home to collect the cash for the connection. I payed Rs.1100 for the 449 plan and i was told that within 48 hours the connection will be active. The application number is 50000018865435 and the sales executive ID is 500001052. The money was payed on 18th Dec 2011 in cash.
    It has been more than 5 days now and there is no response from any of the executives regarding the connection except my money going down the drain with all the calls that i have been making and hearing lies time and time again. This is awful behavior as far as an establishment like Tikona is concerned. When it was the matter of collecting the money, they were very prompt and called me many times, but now they have disappeared. People like these and companies like this is the reason our Country's name is brought down. Their behavior is deeply regrettable and shabby. I want a lodge a complaint again the following executives:

    I aslo tried calling the domlur office number - 080-40367777 (Given to me by Sharbindu) but someone picked up and put me on hold immediately.
    I have gone through a lot of turmoil and fatigue because of these people the last three days. I spoke to shubendu once yesterday and he assured me that he will talk to the technical team and call me back. But he failed to call and was not receiving my calls either. Today when i called him again and asked about the status, he says that he does not remember talking to me and he receives 50 calls in a day and difficult to remember all. He talked to me in the most irresponsible manner and i am getting the feeling that these are all a gang of thugs disguised as executives.
    These people have been lying to me and making false assurances. I am really tired and frustrated and request you to kindly help me take necessary action and refund my money. More than my money, iam worried about the audacity of these criminals as they think they can cheat and live well. If you have to reach me, you can call me at +91 80 25421651.

    Default Fraud Billing even after disconnection

    Hi,My Tikona consumer Id is: 1103710579I had requested for a disconnection of my service on 7th Jan 2012 both via mail and calling their customer service. For the mail request I didn't get any response for a long time. So I started following up on calls to their customer service. I kept on getting false promises on the disconnection dates and they kept on dragging the disconnection. Noone ever came to collect the modem and noone ever called back also even after registering 4-5 requests for callback from the supervisor.In the mean time the bill for Dec-Jan came and I paid it before due time even if I had used the connection only for half the time. After much follow up, requests, arguments and fights finally the modem was collected on 4th Feb 2012 and during the whole period I was promised by the customer service team that since I have already registered a request for Disconnection I won't be charged any further.But yesterday I received one more bill for the month of Jan-Feb 2012. I called up the service center and they said that my account is still active. I read up on the forums and found out that this has happened to lots of customers and Tikona keeps looting money even after you disconnect in one or other pretext.I have dutifully requested for disconnection, and have not even touched the modem after 31st Dec 2011. Even the modem was not even powered up once from 31st Dec.The delay of the entire disconnection was caused by your department and now I am being charged for that delay.I have all the required proofs of mails sent for disconnection and even if you can bring out the call records of my calls to the service center you will realize how much issues I have had to go through for last 2 months and what I am saying is completely true.I would never suggest anyone I know in the entire IT industry to get a Tikona connection and will make sure that the word spreads around and noone who I remotely know gets a Tikona connection ever.

    I called up customer care regarding that (kindly refer request no- 1-1962848718) and talked to Mr. Nilesh Borate, found him very satisfactory, infact I wish to appreciate his action in handling customers. He tried all his ways to retain a going customer.
