Hi,

This is regarding my IPTV connection with Airtel.
Since last few months I am facing issue of picture freezing or distorted imaging with my IPTV connection.
I have raised multiple complaints with Airtel and they have always promised me a resolution date.

However, there has been no resolution of the issue.
Last three complaints that I have raised with Airtel regarding this issue are under Service request number: 5809596, 5809332 and 5167416.
Everytime I raise a complaint Airtel opens another service request number and my problem remains unresolved.

I have email responses from Airtel where they have promised me resolution date but the issue still persists.

Please help me in this regard. I either want my issue to be resolved or Airtel to reimburse me for the deposit that they have taken when I applied for the IPTV connection.
