    Post Reliance Net connect+ not satisfactory.

    Honourable Sirs,

    This is to bring to your kind notice that I have purchased the Data Card of Reliance through Agent, My Data Card No. is 09381119586. At the time of Purchase the Sales Engineers promised me after scruitinising my PC which consists of 2gb ram, hence after activation, i will have the download speed of 3.1MBPS and upload speed of 1.8 MBPS. But after activation, I am eagerly awaiting for the speed. For which I contacted the Sales Engineers and Team Leader end number of times, they consoled me at some point of time that they are sending the engineers to check and the same complaint has been raised to their Head Office, accordingly my speed will get increased. But so far, no response has come from them inspite of several calls, they just refusing to take the calls and even when they picked up, they asked me call after 20 to 30mts later very often as they are in meeting. But when I tried, no use. When I tested the speed from the net. it shows only 0.21 Mbps as download and 0.13mbs as upload speed. I am not able to download important documents. I have taken 750 Plan as unlimited. But now I am very much upset in having such faulty product from such a reputed concern. Kindly help me out to close this issue. Due to which I am very much depressed. Expecting your action in this regard is very much appreciable.
