    dear sir,
    on 8th of sep 2011, i bought a vodafone netcruise no 8432980702.
    in one week they deactivated it saying the person who took my documents forgot to submit it.
    after that one 8th of oct i. reacharged it again and on 11th oct they deactivated it again without informing me. then i called the concerned person who sold it to me abt the issue and he told me that their. is a signature mismatch.
    i dont inderstand how there could me signature mismatch after one month. why dont thay check everything while selling it.
    now when i m done with all the formalities again and submitted all my documents again, my connection is still deactivated. the person not picking my call and customer care just put the call on hold and i m totally helpless. like where to go n to whom i should ask now why it is not working.
    or it would work or not...

    Default Vodafone Net Cruise Not Activted

    Dear sir,
    i have purchased vodafone net cruise from vodafone ministore named "Anshu Telecom" shop No 11 Near Govt School sarai Khwaja , faridabad ,Haryana on 27/10/2011 for Rs 2050.00 but it is still not activated , on contacting with vodafone ministore , the owner says he is facing problems bcz RM of his area is not coordinating with him , Please look in to the matter and kindly activate , mynetcruise number is 8459538017 , Meid -A000002DDD9FCC4 , my mobile number is 9899538785.

    Default vodafone netcruise - the worst internet services p

    i have purchased vodafone netcruise on 27 oct 2011 , and just after 10 days i have realised vodafone is worst internet service provider, i have used tata photon , reliance and now vodafone, i have to say tata photon is d best and voda netcruise is d worst , i purchased voda netcruise for 2050.00 rs. , my vodafone netcruise number is 8459538017 , i have lodged complaint in vodfone net cruise customer care twice regarding the speed of voda netcruise, the maximum speed i am getting is 15 kpbs where as company promises the speed of 3.1 mbps , my first complaint number was NOV/49 ans second complaint number is nov/126 , but there has been no response , its disgusting on the part of concerned officials of vodafone . people reading this should be aware while purchasing vodafone internet dongles. my mobile number is 9899538785

    Angry Netcruise deactivated! urgent activation required!

    I am holding my phone here calling netcruise customer care for one hour!
    I want to say
    I bought a vodafone netcruise usb 1 week ago, and recharged with 750 plan.
    I belong to kolkata circle.
    I did submit my photo and voter Id xerox.

    Default Vodafone netcruise deactivated

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased a vodafone netcruise usb stick from vodafone mini store "Arpita Communication, Shyamnagar, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal" on 30-12-2011 and submitted my documents (Photo, Xerox copy of my Driving Licence, and the application form). While I was goining to connect to the internet on last 08-01-2012, it failed to connect and still the usb stick is deactivated. When I call the toll-free number 1800-120-1111, it hold me about 30 mins but no response on the other side, while I am calling the mini store, they are also not responding. I am really helpless.

    My vodafone netcruise no. is 9143803183.

    I really need the usb stick activated soon, please help me Sir.

    Vodafone Sucks Big time.....No customer satisfaction.......Worst Service Provider.... The only thing good is their TV AD.....

    I came to Durgapur West Bengal on an official Visit for a few days. On 8th Jan 2012 after purchasing some items at Pantaloon during billing they gave me a Vodafone Net Cruise Dongle(MDN-8926150040) and asked me to recharge it with Rs.750 + Documents,PP Photo and i did the same. After 2 days it got activated and i was using the service, few days later the pop up message came which said to submit the documents or the service will be disconnected.
    And so it happened. I have contacted the Pantaloons and got the mobile number of the Vodafone person who in turn asked me to submit the Documents and PP Photo once again at a Vodafone store.
    The main problem is that i have already left the place and i came back to my place of posting.
    So is it my fault that i took the device. I have done my part. I have done all that they asked me to do. So I guess i don't deserve such harassment to again visit a store in any place on earth. Do they think i have no other job to do. I guess i should just crush the device under a road roller. And i pledge not to use any of Vodafone's services...also i would not want any other person to experience the same..i shall make sure that my friends and family do not use Vodafone...

    Angry Net Cruise Deactivated

    We purchased a Net Cruise # 9143804813 ( Registered Name - Sudoti Roy) few weeks back and after the 2nd day it stopped working. We tried reaching the Customer Care and they said they cannot help us with this and we need to meet someone from the Vodafone Store.
    We went on Saturday at South City Mall, Vodafone Hub and the person concerned told us that the number that is assigned to us in with someone else. Hence we need to fill up a form and register a complain. He added that we would get the complain number in 30 mins time and everything will be resolved in a day but to my utter surprise we have not got that complain number on our alternative number yet neither anyone from the Customer Care has yet contacted us.
    This is the second form that my wife has filled in and along with photographs and supporting documents that additionally she has given. This is becoming highly embarrassing and disappointing care of your Customers. We stay very far from the nearest Vodafone store and every time we need to visit the store and we get nothing even after visiting it. Calling your customers at your stores now have become a fashion that too without even trying to help.

    Additionally we had recharged the Net Cruise Account by another Rs. 750 odd which is valid for one month and the account is suspended because of their carelessness. I hope Vodafone would extend the period for which we not able to use it.

    Awaiting for a positive response on this.

    after that one 31th of jan they deactivated it without informing me. then i called the concerned person who sold it to me abt the issue and he told me that there is a signature mismatch.I dont inderstand how there could me signature mismatch. why don t they check everything while selling it.I givethe formalities 3 times within 10 days
