The temp directory is not what is causing the slow download speed , it's the reliance netconnect+ useless employees who are reducing the download speeds from their end because the idea is to prevent customers from using their download limit within two days so that they cannot avail of the unlimited download after your 5 or 10gb limit , so that us customers are compelled to recharge everytime if we want to complete our downloads even if we have recharged of an unlimited scheme. THEY WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWLOAD , THEY NEVER LET ANYONE DOWNLOADS AS PER THEIR ADVERTISED SPEEDS . JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS ON THIS FORUM. ALL ARE REGARDING DOWNLOAD SPEED .
