Reliance Broadband Bangalore: Illegally holding back the prepaid amount Rs 5000.

    Default Reliance Broadband Bangalore: Illegally holding back the prepaid amount Rs 5000.

    Reliance has not refunded my amount since last 6 months or so...I called their customer care, sent them atleast 20 emails, everytime i get an automated email acknowledgment and nothing happens. 6 months might have gone by now...they have to refund my Rs 5000. I never used their net service even for an hour since area i dwell in doesnt recieve the signal. i could not, otherwise have attached bunch of 15 odd emails i sent them.

    I have a dozen such emails. u' been noticing my concern since last 2 quarters.?? your eagerness to give my money back spans over 6 months.. how long you want to eagerly keep noticing ? Yest i had an email sent to you giving my phone number...how many more emails you need ??? call : 9980895895
