    Unhappy Tikona Issues

    Hi,
    I have taken tikona connection 2 weeks back, I was able to connect without problem for just only one week, after that till today, the internet is not at all connecting in my PC. It always says limited or no connectivity. Hardly after enabling and disabling the Adapter 'n' number of times, for just 5- 15 minutes I may get the internet. After that again it disconnects. I am finding really a hard time. Have raised complaint to customer care, they told two times that engineer will come in 24 hours, but I never seen any engineer till now. I don’t know what’s wrong with this. I dont know why they have to give fake demo. The person who gave demo is Mohan (9535510392/8147646886). He told any problems you can contact him immediately. But he never turned back at all.
    Can you please do something, else tell me the procedure to disconnect the tikona connection and refund the 1000rs money back.

    I am Girish Nair from Delhi.

    I am agree with all the complaints against TIKONA. I m using Tikona for nearly 6 months and I am not happy with my broadband speed, but plan charges are less that is why I am still using TIKONA. There are some problems with speed but I think this Tikona has more problems then other service provider. I called Toll free number 1-800-209-4276 to raised complaint, I came across one new options from Tikona i.e press 1 for technical support (I was accepting that this will not work) I followed the instruction to my surprise call was connected to Engineer, issue was resolved as there was some alignment issue, I was changing the position of CPE and the technical guy was guiding me that this is proper position as the device was catching maximum speed.     I am also facing the same issue, daily i am making calls to technical support to sort of. It is really awful experience, even support team is not so professional, there response is pathetic and very careless. 05/11/2011 again today made a call with same complaint, the support staff didn't mention his name, also he is very careless and unprofessional, the respond what i have got from him is 'disconnect the connection if you face the same issue again' how pathetic. Not sure how to deal with Tikona.
