You are right. Reliance officials are all unofficial. Reliance NetConnect is purely a theft making company. They charge without giving proper service. And the Customer care has the worst people.

Reliance NetConnect has to be banned totally. We need to bring awareness to public. If you find a solution, please share it here. I am getting a speed from 0kbps to 22kbps. Pathetic. They claim 3.1 Mbps. This is more than robbery. All Reliance employees who are responsible for this problem has to be punished. And you know, when I am asking for a waiver for the bad service, they say they dont have a policy to waive. But they have so many policies to cheat customers.

The idea is to prevent customers from using their download limit by reducing their download speed to a unusable one like 1-5kb/s or even 0.1 kb/s ! that till the end of the month the customer wouldn't even be able to reach half his download limit in the selected data plan. Eg, last month I had recharged Rs 1001 , which gives 10gb download at 3.1 mbps (300kb/s) and 144 kbps (20kb/s) after 10gb. It was an unlimited plan . After I reached 5.61gb of download , my speed got reduced to 0.1 kb./s to 3-4-5kb/s. Really annoying isn't ?

stop throttling my speed you Reliance pigs ! I haven't crossed my 5gb limit yet ! And after I cross 5gb the speed should be upto 20-30kb/s (144kbps) you better keep that in mind or I'll just get a refund from the Reliance netconnect +/3g mini pigsty (showroom) which happens to be near my house . Take my word for it and don't mess with my connection ,it is my money , my bandwidth and I have already fed you pigs dung for it the (prepaid connection) ! the device and the recharge cost.
