    Default Reliance netconnect complaint

    Dear Sir/Ma'am,

    My netconnect number is 9321067202; i had got this service from 18th July and as per
    the plan the first month was free; i was not given this free month service and on
    contacting customer support they have agreed its their mistake and have forgotten to
    add into my plan. But even after many complaints and follow-ups they haven't
    adjusted the bill till now .

    I have even approached Reliance world many times but they are not able to change
    from front end. Please inform me the next steps

    For your complaint you will have to send a written complaint to the nodal officer of the Company. Pls. provide us your complete residential address as soon as possible, to get the contact details of your Area Circle, Nodal officer Broadband.

    Hello,

    I was a witness of RIL Data card over usage in unlimited plan with one year of advance payment. I stay in Ahmedabad, area is Judges banglow, vastrapur - 380015. Kindly guide me with the contact details of right person to solve the issue.

    Sub : Complaint regarding Reliance Net Connect Connection
    Myself Rajesh Prajapati using reliance Net Conenct (Card number – 9374472826) . My
    monthly rental plan was Rs. 650 (1 GB). My billing cycle is 27th of every month. I
    got my internet usage bill for the month of july on 1st August,2008. My usage was
    high so I planned to migrate to Rs. 1099(10 GB) . I submitted the request for the
    same on 8th August,2009 at K.D.Communications (Reliance Communications outlet at
    Naranpura, Ahmedabad) to Mr. Kinjalbhai (M:9376776733). He committed me that my new
    plan will be activated with in two working days for sure. So I started using
    internet assuming that now my plan is of Rs. 1099 (10 GB). But surprisingly, on 18th
    August,2009 my internet stopped working. So I inquired at K.D.Communications . I was
    informed that my plan is Rs. 650 and I have exceeded my usage limit ,my bill is
    Rs.4800 so first pay bill then you will be able to use internet. I was shocked as I
    was told that my plan will be migrated to Rs. 1099 by 10th August,2009. I raised
    complaint for the same on toll free number 180030005555 . The complaint number is
    108120723. I tried to contact K.D.Communications several times but I was given just
    fake promises.
    Another surprise which I got was that while applying for Reliance Communications Net
    Connect service, I filled up an application form. In that form customer needs to
    specify his/her email address to get monthly usage bill on Email id. I was not asked
    to provide my email address instead K.D.Communiction person wrote his own email id.
    I also raised a complaint for the same on customer care. The complaint number is
    108120775. I was told that you will receive a call from Reliance with in 48 hours.
    When I went to K.D.Communications, I was told to contact Mr. Sudhir (Nodal Officer).
    Iwas given Mr. Sudhir’s phone number. But no one is answering the phone since last 5
    days and the phone number(079-30331424) is continuously engaged.
    My net connection is not working since 18th August,2009. Due to this, I am facing
    loss in business and mental torture. I need immediately solution for this matter
    otherwise I will take legal action in consumer court against K.D.Communications and
    Reliance ADAG group.

    Default Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ (Punjab) issue with ZTE AC8710 Usb Device

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    This is regarding my Reliance Broadband+ NetConnect No. 93168-91574. My ZTE Make Reliance HSD Usb Device (Model No. AC8710) stop functioning on 07/Aug/2009 and i give them to Authorised Service Centre: Adonis Service Centre (Sector 45, Chandigarh) On 08/Aug/2009 and they committed me to give me a new device till 11/Aug/2009 but they failed to do the same and i got my device on 21/Aug/2009 after pressurising service centre people. But the device is again not working properly (Only 1x Mode is working) and then i raise a complaint regarding HSD signal and engineer from Reliance visited to my site on 23/Aug/2009 where im using it and they tested the signal through their own device & confirmed me that HSD Signal is strong & available but, your device is not functioning on HSD Mode. So i again approached to the service centre on 25/Aug/2009 and they told me to use 1x service for a while with the same device and i have to wait again for another new device.

    Now on 07/September/2009 i got the same device with same problem again & no reliance officer approach me to rectify this issue but i got call for billing department for my dues which is intentionaly pending from myside after this huge delay & i never used such a worst services and poor response from any service provider whether its related to Telecom or Banking. Now i personnally feel that Reliance is just a name and nothing else & im plannig to move on TATA Photon or BSNL. Im not going to recommend any reliance services to anybody even now im decided to take Legal Action for deficiency in services against reliance. So please help me and tellme the procedure and should i complaint agains reliance or service centre or against both. Im from Punjab the email i.d of nodal officer mention over rcom site never response me till yet and aslo the contact no. given there was not picked by any one. Im totally agiated now and now im not going to pay even single penny as they wasted my time & money lot. So kindly do the needfull or help me out.

    Post Reliance Net connect

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    My complain is regarding reliance netconnect data card. It has been 6 months i was using my reliance net connect connection for the number 9324348040. It was a postpaid connection and i was paying my bill regularly for all months but suddenly last month i got a message that my number has been shifted to prepaid and i got a bill of Rs 265/- for the previous usage but when i went to reliance web world they told me that u have a due of rs 2000 and above and told that u have requested for prepaid service which i havent. Inspite of several requests they are not able to do it from their end and my connection is being closed.

    Kindly help with the issue. Waiting for your reply.

    Pls. send a written complaint to the Nodal office of the Co. to get any help for your complaint. The Nodal officer will have to provide you solution within 10 days. Wait for the response for max. 10 days and do inform us about the response from him.

    Default bill dispute

    hello ,
    i need urgent help. i had a net connect broad band plus from reliance for last 3 months. for the month of sep-oct 2009 i had opetd for plan 10 gb night and 1 gb day for rs 849 +tax. my credit limit was 1600 which got upgraded to 2600 on 3/10/2009. whole of the month i kept checking my unbilled usages and my last check on 4/10/2009 showed a total usage of 7300 mb. however i was unable to check the bifurcated use i.e total download in peak and off peak hrs. the usager log feature was not showing me the details.
    when i talked to costummer care i was told that there may be a temporary problem and i will be able to check my bifurcated uses soon. when i asked that what if my bill exceeds the free use i was told that it will automatically be deactivated when i will be nearing my credit limnit and i will be informed.
    however i did not get any such information and i was shocked to see my bill as rs 14,650.
    please help me what to do.

    Default Reliance NetConnect Broadband+ - Poor Service!

    Hello Sir,

    I have a complaint regarding Reliance NetConnect Broadband+ Modem.

    I had bought Reliance Platinum Net scheme with speed of around 143 kbps on 22nd Aug 09 and then upgraded it to Reliance NetConnect Broadband+ on 2ndOct 09.

    I got a data card modem which was defective.

    I went for replacement on 3rd Oct 09 and they asked me to come on Tuesday. I went on Tuesday and they asked me to come on Wednesday 7th Oct as the modems were out of stock.

    I came on Wed and they replaced it with other new one.

    Today, 8th Oct 09, this new piece is also not working. This was really frustrating as I was not able to use the net since last week Fri 2nd Oct 09. To top on it, my bill is increasing with each day.

    I had gone to Reliance WebWorld of Borivali Branch(Anuradha Bldg, Chandavarkar Road) as I live in Borivali and visited it several times.

    Today, shockingly, I am asked to visit some Andheri Reliance Service Centre as they get modems from there. Why the hell I should visit it? Dont I have work and office?

    I was going to recommend friends about Reliance Service and quality but here I got defective quality(twice!) and poor service!

    Please assist me!

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I had given a request for migrating my prepaid account to postpaid on 22nd Oct'09
    with all necessary documents. On 24th Oct'09 an address verification was done at my
    residence. I was promised a connection activation within one working day.Till date
    there is no response. When called up the call centre they asked me to go the
    Reliance web world where I submitted the papers. When I went Reliance Web World,
    Malleswaram they say the person who had collected the forms had resigned, so asking
    me to submit all the documents once more which is senseless.
    It would be better if some top official of Reliance knows what is going on to number
    of customers who are stranded like me. I request this forum to resolve my issue as
    early as possible.
