    Angry problem regarding billings

    dear sir/mam,
    The modem as per desired not worked.The address verification have also not been done in time.We get the services after 10 days of period.The vendor told us that the period the modem is temporarily stopped, he will extend the validity for 10 days.But we did not get the validity.Also he did not tell us about the billing clearly and the bill costs higher than the desired plan.
    They imposed Rs 266.00 for just 12 days from 7-1-2011 to 27-1-2011 and asked to pay a bill of extra Rs 550 on 9,feb.we are so disappointed with the bill system.
    please kindly clear our doubts for billing system and solve the problems that have been faced by us.please inform us immediately.

    Dear Sir / Mam

    I am , Ajitesh MIttal from Wakad, pune and i bought reliance net connector in scheme of 20 GB of Rs 1850/- on 2nd Jan 2011.

    And yet i didnt get 20 GB. I talk to dealer(Rangoli) and he point on your executive Mr. Satish and Mr. Shrikant , Then i talked to your these to employer also.

    Till 2nd feb they both said that 20 GB will come to you...... 100 of time i went to dealer ...100 of time I talk to your these two employes....but all FAKE ......

    At last i am doping this mail to you ....After i tired of all this...

    Please help me for the same.... and plz make me out from this FAKENESS.....

    Default Reliance netconnect complaint - Slow speed

    Slow Speed with no service from company

    I purchased Reliance netconnect Broadband+ 3.1 Mbps facility with MDN No. 9311489672 in Dwarka, New Delhi (India). As reliance claim to provide speed upto 2.5-3 Mbps but in reality it provides average speed of 36-60 Kbps which is slighter higher than the dial-up connection and not a broadband at all. I personally reegistered complaint 4-5 times but no action been taken in reference of that and I am stuck with this misguided and worst facility. After paying such a huge amount for the service and suffering is not what the consumers deserve. Reliance is just making money and not concerned about the consumers. I am personally frustrated from this service and demand for some action or I like to get back all my money whatever I invested in it.

    Default Issues with speed for Reliance Netconnect

    Hi,

    I have Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ for last one and a half months.
    In my plan, I was offered a speed of 3.1 Mbps. But the speed that I get is always less then 1 Mbps which sometimes even drops to less then 0.2 Mbps.
    My work is suffering a lot because of this.
    Kindly suggest a way out.

    reliance mobile is a fraud operator.cheating customers in every respect.reliance will not repay any money if they owes to you. this people is corporate looters from customers. CUSTOMERS FOR GOD SHAKE IF YOU WANT SAFEGUARD YOUR MONEY, IMMEDIATELY SHIFT TO OTHER OPERATORS.
    maine kal 60 Rs.recharge kiye to maine 51 pack activate karna tha lakin nahi huwa khamakha bina net chalaye Rs 50 kaat diye customer care ko phone kiya kehti hai aapne pack activate kiya tha, maine kahan woh activate hi nahi huwa to 50 rupees kaise kaate aapne kehne lagi lakin aapne to try ki thi, usse pehle maine 51 pack activate kiya tha to woh 15 days se kaise chal raha tha.kal jo maine activate karna cha to woh (connection problem mmi code try again) dekha raha tha
    yein customer care wale bhi choor hai,kisiko agar gusa ayein to mujhe usko batane kiliye reason hai.
