dear sir/mam,
The modem as per desired not worked.The address verification have also not been done in time.We get the services after 10 days of period.The vendor told us that the period the modem is temporarily stopped, he will extend the validity for 10 days.But we did not get the validity.Also he did not tell us about the billing clearly and the bill costs higher than the desired plan.
They imposed Rs 266.00 for just 12 days from 7-1-2011 to 27-1-2011 and asked to pay a bill of extra Rs 550 on 9,feb.we are so disappointed with the bill system.
please kindly clear our doubts for billing system and solve the problems that have been faced by us.please inform us immediately.
