    Default My Reliance netconnect+ Broadband Plan change without my request (Knowledge)

    I am using last 2 (i.e 17th March2010 - Till date ) months reliance netconnect+broadband post paid. My plan was 512MB_499. Without my knowledge they change my plan 512MB_499 to 1GB_650 plan (i.e 11May -10 June 2010). Accordingly, they charge my usage as per 1GB_650 plan. After net connection, I never requested for plan change. I am out of country since 31March 2010. My data card is using my family in Mumbai. I sent mail to customer care and they replied that I had requested for plan change. It is not possible because I am out of country. Please advise me what to do. I am planning to go consumer court.

    Thumbs down poor service no help

    I bought the reliance data card broadband+ on 2nd may 2010. The moment I started using the services I found that I am only getting cdma1x speed and never been able to connect to broadband+ services. I made complaints to customer service so many times and they always said that the issue will be resolved and gave me a complaint number everytime. But the issue is still there. After 1 month of agony and frustration they sent a engineer to my house and he identified that the data card is faulty. So I went to service center on 9th june to get my data card replaced. I got the new data card back on 14th june but unable to connect to internet. Now after contacting customer care I got to know that Again I have to visit reliance web world to get my new RSN number for the new data card updated in the records. As there was no option for me so I got it updated by visiting reliance web world in gurgaon. Now I am trying to connect to internet and I am still getting the same cdma1x speed. I am hopeless now as I have contacted nodal officers office but they arew also making false promises. I am trapped and I dont know what to do as I have spent Rs 2300 on this datacard and suffered a lot of metal disturbance. Plese help

    Default Internet surfing unneccesarily blocked even after payment of requisite amount

    My data card no. is 09310324259 . I made the payment of my bill on 6th July2010. And inspite of that, i cannot access my internet as it has been blocked by you.
    Since now i have paid the requisite amount, please allow me to access the net connection

    We have gone through your complaint, first you need to talk to the Reliance customer care and register a complaint, they will provide you a complaint no. and the time frame to resolve the issue. Wait for their response and revert us back with the Complaint nos. and the status of your complaint.

    Angry Reliance lease line complaint

    Hello all,

    I have got reliance lease line connection installed and very very upset with it. First, they took a lot of time to install it.Didn't fulfill there commitment of installation and now i have been calling them to convert the connection into bridge mode they are saying today, tomorrow and all that.
    I m not at all satisfied.

    I have buoght a data card of reliance netconnect (9311175466) on 21-07-2010, a person came my home for verification perpose and collected required documents. on 30th my conection terminated, while i made call to cusomer care nobody s telling me what to do. kindly do the needful.

    hello my name is amit verma and facing mentally harassment from reliance communications....i really would like to know about the email and contact no of nodal officer of delhi because after all the settlement they are sending me a letter for legal action .

    first they pass wrong info about their data card and after informing them to terminate my serivces they send my one month rent and after that contacting them for final settlement they are sending again for outstanding bill.

    i m really fed up now from this and its a totally mentally harassment for me and i m not able to run my business and when u talk to that concern person they give threat and talk rubbish and abusive and tell us to talk within working hours and etc.

    so please provide me asap.

    Angry Reliance Netconnection speed is worst

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am Devang Trivedi having reliance broadband connection number is 9372116567 since June, 2010.. The connection is very very slow in my area & i haven't inform at a time of taking connection.. I have logged the first complaint on 26th June, 10 & they told me we are working on this issue & will get the coverage in 10-15 days, our customer care people will get in touch with you, but as if now no one has come back to me for the same, than again i contacted them for the very low speed of internet connection & they gave me another request no .& same story they repeated with me saying one of our executive will call in 48 hours, this time they called but with no solution & just confirm about where i m staying & all general inquiry, but no solution given yet.. This is very ridiculous & frustrating.. Today again i call 7th Aug,10 Dynel Marine (who seat at Navi Mumbai customer care office) had come on call, he was very rude & irresponsible, instead of giving solution to the customer he simply giving me final solution to discontinue the connection of my Broadband reliance card, he was so rough that he don't even listing to the customer but giving final solution.. I am fed up with the service what giving by reliance customer care people. so please help me for the same to whom i go & log the complaint.. I am staying in PUNE..

    Dear , I am really sorry to say that RIL company is making fool of people , by the way of their false commitment.
    Firstly at the time of sale of product they promises like anything in the world, but after sale they least bother about the customer.
    I bought the above said data card net connect of 3.1 mbps speed on 07th july 2010 from M/S Enfotech invoice no.
    ET/07-082/2010-11, at that time they promised me that mini. download speed will be more than 700 kbps.But after using 3-4 days i found the max. download speed is 20kbps, i immediately called that person then he said Sir pls talk to customer care people.then i spoke to customer care person,after waisting half an hour he said sorry sir i am taking your complaint and forward it to technical department, your problem will be solved within next 72 hrs. i waited for technical person for 5 days but nobody came & my problem was still there.(i made various of complaints ) then again i called customer care & asked about complaint no. ,then the lady otherside said sir your complaint is closed now because we are network congestion at Rajouri Garden & Lodhi Road so you will not get the max.speed then i said madam at the time of sale this was not informed to me so this is not my fault this is your fault, If you are not able to solve my problem than pls take you card & give me my money she said sorry sir& put down the phone.
    Now they have raised the bill for payment.
    UNLESS UNTILL I GOT THE SPEED I AM NOT GOING TO GIVE EVEN A SINGLE RS.
    THIS IS YOURS FAULT NOT MINE
    ON THE BASIS OF FALSE COMMITMENT RIL IS SELLING PRODUCT
    THIS IS PURELY FRAUD
    IT MEANS YOU ARE PAYING FOR BRANDED ITEM & GETTING FOOTPATH ITEM

    Default Regarding Service Centre Address

    HI,
    Net connect Number: 9320464923
    I have reliance net connect Huaweii Device. My device stopped working Since last month i.e. Aug'10. And then i contacted reliance netconnect customer care centre to get the contact details of any service centre in Mumbai region.
    They gave me the address of Thane, Vashi & Koparkhairne but when i visited those places they were either closed or said that they donot attend Huaweii device. And when again i contacted the customer care centre they gave me the numbers of Pune or Goa region. they are just making fool off ppl and nothing else. I have spent so much of time contacting them and getting stupid responses. Neither their databases are updated nor do they have any concern about customer's grievances.

    It is stupidity to pay the rental of the month in which your device is not even working.Reliance is the worst service provider i have ever seen.

    Dear Sir,

    My Name is Shailesh S Karadkar Head-HRD,

    I had ordered for Reliance Broadband connection. Your representatives from Rajkot visited and after negotiation we had placed the order, which was confirmed by your representatives. We had aslo paid Rs. 5000/- as advance against installation cahrges thorugh Cheque.

    After some 16 days your representative asked us to cancell the order because of some revenue problems at your end. Hence we had CANCELLED the order in writting. Till date we are not getting the refund nor the representatives who collected the cheque is responding to our mail nor they are attending our calls.

    I am contact with Mr. Hrishikesh at Rajkot, Mr. Neeraj at Ahemedabad, Mr. R N Pillai but nobody is attending my call


    Please Help Me sir... Start it Fast, and also give us the refund of Rs. 5000/-me my Due last 3 Months rental

    Exclamation Netconnect Deactivated

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I had taken a reliance net connect on Oct 4th 2010. I had submitted all required documents and then it was activated for a couple of days. Later there was an address verification done and it was cleared. All of a sudden i could not connect. On contacting customer service they told there was a discrepancy in address verification and connection is hence deactivated. I contacted the webworld. They said there was a discrepancy in the signature. I reprovided all required documents and they promised it would be activated by 8:00PM on oct 20th 2010. Till now it has not been activated and there is no response from the reliance web world.

    WHAT AM I TO DO?
