I recently become your Broadband+ customer my number is 9373449625 (Priti kumari), its prepaid plan using in Pune in that I got 10GB free uses for 1month validity, and to say that your service is just pathetic.
Not only very bad service, worst customer care, rude staff.. experienced by me so far ...
My complain is that, I purchased this device on 22/2/2010, on 23/2/2010 I logged a complain (complain no-120357616) regarding speed issue because in my residence area there is lot network issue, worst network condition of Pune(IT City), and my residence area is just 2Km away from Reliance Web World(pune, Aundh). I again logged 2nd complain regarding same on 4/3/2010(complain no-120958643) but complain is till now in open status. Regarding this I talked to your Nodal Officer(Ms Preeti chhabria, Contact Number-02030346328), I requested her either solve my network issue or extend my balance validity because I m not able to use this device on HSD mode(using in 1X mode) and the balance will expire in 30 days, so she told me that she will extend my validity and network problem will take may be1 month or 2 month or 6 month also and she raised a complain 122105894 to extent my validity period, but after 20 days neither network problem solved, neither my balance validity period extended nor she picking up my call, may be she avoiding my call.
Now on 26/3/2010 when I raised a complain (122564644) to refund my device amount , that I can’t wait for 3, 4 month than the next day they closed my all complain and send me a mail that problem is solved but problem is as it is , than I forced them to reopen my those complain because this is yet not solved, than they gave me a new complain number(122742456) to open those complain
Now I did all way from customer care to Nodal Officer Pune, I talk to Mumbai

Excessive billing and cheating
Hi,
I have applied for a Broadband connection in May 2008, I cancelled the broadband connection in feb,2009,
while I was using the broadband facility i was getting the bill in the range of 700-800, then when i cancelled the connection , I got a bill of around 2000+, saying early termination charges, while giving the conncection no body has said about this. when i cancelled the serivice i asked them to come and collect the instruments. but no one has turned up so far for this.
when i cancelled the broadband the land line has to be cancelled automatically but rather than cancelling the landline they keep on sending me bills on recurring charges,
firstthing , I never applied for a land line, I applied for a broadband services, so when I cancelled the broadband service they should have cancelled the landline, however instead they keep on sending bills regarding recurring charges,
in this regard i have opened up couple of tickets, now they are saying to contact the nodal officer, Even I sent 2 emails to nodal office , but i have not received any acknowledgement from them.
Please let me know what i need to do

2) It takes more than one hour to connect.
3) the speed is very very slow.
4) customer care service is very very poor .they cant help.

I bought a reliance data card no 9345171704. The no was barred. when i ask the customer care they are not responding properly. They said to me , to submit my ID proof to Reliance broad band + connect again 1 time. I have submit my ID proof 3 times . Since the net was not activated. When i ask customercare they are not responding properly,
I need urgent help. i had a net connect broadband plus from reliance for last 1 year in july 2009 i purchased it. I had opted for plan 10 gb night. My Data Card Number is 9328169727.
I Purchased this data card in Ahmedabad but due to Job Transfer now iam in Surat, as per there website Surat is in there HSD city, and i came to surat on 11 March 2010. and on 17 of March i launched a complain that iam not getting any HSD network coverage area at my Home and Office also.
After hundreds of calls and complain your local surat office person visited me on 7may after 2 months of complaint launch. And they checked each and everything and accepted that there is some Problem. But they had conditions also in that.
1 ) They are saying that where i currently stay in surat my Home that area is Not under HSD coverage area and for that they can't do anything in that they will give there feedback to higher authorities and wait for there review.

the speed of netconnect is 3.1 mbps but actually speed is very slow
download speed is even worse
it takes 2 to 3 min for opening my gmail account

I visited a SIM recharge shop at Amar Colony main market sqare in New Delhi on May 15, 2010 to recharge my Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ Prepaid. I told the person very clearly that I don't want to recharge my Netconnect Account but simply want to add some money to my Core Account. When I proposed Rs.150, he said it was not in the scheme. Then I said Rs. 200 and he accepted. I told him again that it should not go to the Netconnect a/c. Later, when I checked on my laptop, I was shocked to see something was credited to my Netconnect a/c and more shocked to see that its validity was only for one week. When I visited the shop again they said that there had been a mistake but they could not do anything. I felt very strongly that I was cheated. As I told them, the matter was not of Rs. 200 but of cheating a self-respecting and law abiding person. It now appears that they had recharged for 50 or 100 rupees and pocketed the remaining Rs.100. If all they had happened with me was in line with the Reliance rule, then I would like to call it 'Organised Cheating' of law abiding citizens. Does the Reliance Company want to be associated with such a bunch of cheats? I want to be morally compensated and am prepared to pay for it 2 million rupees.

Sir, My name is ANUP ROY, a Reliance Netconnect's customer.
The gadget "CDMA Data Modem MG880+" had been purchased on 05/10/2009 for the price of Rs. 2510 (The bill will be produced if needed).from "SHANEE infotel, Block office building, Nellipuzha, Mannarkad. Tel: 04924-320200. My complaints are follows.
1.I hardly gets half an hour's continuous connection before the connection fails.
2. My No "9387435171" had been recharged for Rs.122 (enough for 5 hrs. connection) I hardly got two hours of connection.
3. I had not got proper assistance from the Reliance staff in this issue.

i hav a reliance netconnect hi speed usb modem number 9310326124 . as the company sold the product by saying that the speed will be upto 3.1mbps it means downloading transfer speed should be 300kbps approx . where as m getting the speed of 10kbps since i hav bought this . i hav complaint for the same at the customer care 4-5 times and they always say that there is some problem in your computer our engineer will visit you but its been almost 3rd month starting n m paying rupees 1000/- per month according to my tarriff plan . i dont under stand what to do with this kindly help .. thanks
I am Vivek Singh a customer of reliance broadband net connect No: 9324450211 for last one year
I am facing a serious problem of getting excess amount of bill for last couple of months,I talked to the customer care dept regarding that last month they gave me a good will waiver and the waiver was not updated in the system so I was not able to get the broadband + services whole month
I was using the net connect with 1X now the bill that is generated this month even crossed the limit which I got in month of MAY that is of Rs3200+
this month(June) the bill I have received is of Rs4200+
Being a little logical could you tell me how could one download 18 GB of data using 1X services that to in 15 or 16 days
as last month I have crossed my credit limit so was not getting the full services my services were demoted to 1X
From 8th may-15 may I was not able to browse the net when I called the customer care dept they told me that my services has been disconnected as I have crossed the credit limit I asked them to have a look over the bill an raised a complaint on 15 May there I was provided a waiver of Rs 1300 but They updated it in the system somewhere 30 of may and passed it to me so the whole month I was using 1X services
Now the bill generated for month of May -June is that high that no one can even believe.
So I request you to please have a look in the matter and please help me to resolve the matter as early as possible .
Also I will recommend not to buy the reliance services they dont help you and most of the customer representative are rude and dont guide the customerwell after a long time some other guy will tell you that you cannot get help as you dint raised complaint at the right time
how do a customer can know what the complain the reprsentative is writing ?
you will ask them do write something they will come up with some thing else
