    Default Complaint regarding Reliance Net Connect Broadband+ connection

    Hello sir,
    Myself Maunik Desai using reliance Net Connect Broadband+ (Card No. - 9328129022).

    I have subscribed the Reliance Netconnect Plan - Brdbnd3GDy10GNgt200. Means, 3GB usage between 6.a.m. to 10 p.m. (Peak hours) and 10GB usage between 10 p.m. to 6 a.m (Off-peak hours).

    I am using broadband+ data card for last 2 months.

    In my last bill (From 1st Oct. to 31st Oct.), I’ve got the excessive amount of bill with Rs. 3847.63.

    According to my usage sheet most of my usage was between 10p.m. to 6a.m (Off-peak hours).

    Even though most of my usage has been considered in Peak Usage time (From 6 a.m. to 10 p.m).
    They told me that the usage is being considered from the starting session of connection. Means if I’ve used the internet from 9p.m to 4a.m. then it will be considered in Peak Usage time (From 6 a.m. to 10 p.m).

    When I bought this data card they told me that billing will be calculated on data usage time.

    Even I’ve confirmed with reliance customer care executive (Mr. Ketan Rane) that bill will be calculated on the bases of usage time not on the basis of starting session time.
    So I started using internet assuming that the bill would be calculated on the basis of usage time. But surprisingly, on 1st Nov., I got the bill with very excessive amount of Rs. 3847.63.

    I’ve submitted the request to customer care with Service Request ID: 112472965. And they gave me waiver with new amount of Rs. 1998.

    But according to my plan, I should be charged as per the regular amount of Rs. 850.
    Even though this is a fault of reliance customer care executive and reliance data card supplier, they will not reduce the amount less than Rs. 1998.

    I’ve tried to solve this problem by complaining at Reliance Web World Shop. But they did not responded well and after 14 days they told me to ask the nodal officer. When I’ve tried to call at Nodal office of reliance in Ahmadabad (Ph. No. 079-30331424), it is continuously engaged or sometimes no one was picking up phone or sometimes they receive my call than immediately cut the phone.

    After such a bad experience I’m now thinking to complain in consumer court. Can you please help me regarding this issue?

    Default Compliant for Reliance Netconnect

    Hi,

    I bought Reliance Net Connect from “ NASA INFOCOMM, Shop No. VAK 006, Tower No. 5, Ground Floor, Vashi Rly. Stn, Complex, Sector-3, Next to Citi Bank, Vashi, Navi Mumbai “on 5-November. On 17-November, when I tried, error was coming – “ Error while connecting to Server”. Then I enquired from helpline 180030005555, they told me that it has been disconnected and I need to visit nearest Reliance showroom. Next day I went to NASA from where I bought the connection, they said the problem is because I have the same billing address as of the person who have bought connection and his amount is due. They ensured me that next day they take it with Reliance and will start the connection again.

    Note: I have given billing address of my organization where I am working and I have already submitted one photograph, Pan Card photocopy, organization Service letter when I bought the connection. On call also I got reference No- 112784243. And verification is already done for me. My friend also bought the Net connection on 4-November-09 and having the billing address same as of me. But they disconnected only my connection.

    Red face Reliance Net connect ( Bad Service )

    I am using net connect modem since last 4 months. For first 2 month it works good. But now I am facing problem. I told them to disconnect my connection, but still they are sending me monthly bills regularly.

    I never seen such type of mis management

    Default false bill generation and then stopping the service

    my data card no. is 9312892186.
    i have taken this connection with dell computer purchase offer.
    offer was- pay rs. 5500/- and get 10gb free usage each month for 6 months.
    after one month, they generated a bill of Rs. 283.00 and they have stooped the services.
    even after repeted complaints and follow ups no action has been taken.
    my services are barred for last one week

    Angry RELIANCE Netconnect Trmination

    I Had purchases a Reliance Data Card (NetConnect) on dated-22/06/2009 under the CAF No.2914478741 & Reliance No. is 9317737581 through Mr. Parminder Singh (Business Associate Manager,Ludhiana,Punjab) in punjab circle. My Reliance Net Connect plan is LAPTOP2MONBUNDLE & the plan Name is RNJ149DATA (as per first bill print) under this plan the Reliance offers me free usage of first 2 months.


    From the first day of activation it self there was a connection problem & the same was reported to the vendor (parminder singh) who sold me the Data-Card but the problem was not solved by anyone.After some days when the problem was not solved then i mail to Netconnect Department to terminate my services and i received a reply from ADAG Dept.on dated 17-July-09 that they processed my request for termination of services. But, after four (4) months i was surprised to view my outstanding payment of Rs.1046/- in my account.


    As per my plan i have no need to pay any amount for first two months i.e 23-Aug-2009 but if i terminate my services on dated 17/July/09 there is no outstanding amount in my account.In response to my mail written to ADAG Corporate, I had telephonic conversation with Mr.UMESH WAGH (corporate care). As per Mr.Umesh statement Reliance Communication forward my request to punjab circle customer care on dated 17-July-09 & further proceedings was done by them but, till today corporate care and my company have'nt receive any mail/call/sms from punjab circle.


    You are requested to solve my problem and close the matter at yours earliest.

    my name is sunder singh and i m from noida (u.p) its in NCR region. address is sec-57, noida(u.p)-201301.
    i have purchaged a reliance netconnect on 18 Jan 2010 and i got a 10GB usage free for first month but after 2 days of working it gets disconnected. i contacted the customer care and they admitted that its a mistake at their and they assured me to return the same. but till today(6th feb 2010) i havnt got my my 10GB usage. in these 15 days i contacted the customer care many times and i also visited the web world but no one is giving me the justifiable answer. so please tell me the way to solve the problem.

    Iam a subcriber and your respective customer of internet broadband netconnect high speed no 9320419144 my data card got spoilt twice and at both times i had wasted my business and loss i need a reply for reversal of my non usage days, nd today i went to your web world in khar for recharge they tell me systems are not working in mumbai circle, again today is my last day and again my services will be discontinued because your systems are out of order as per you khar web world, please look into m y matter very closely

    Default Reliance poor customer service in chennai

    I bought a reliance no 9543979829. The no was barred. when i ask the customer care they are not responding properly. They said to me , to submit my ID proof to Reliance mobile connect again 1 time. I have submit my ID proof 3 days before. Since the mobile was not activated. When i ask customercare they are not responding.

    Default Reliance stores cheating customers

    i urgently needed an wireless broadband connectn. So i contacted a nearby reliance store 3 days back. They told me i had to Pay Rs.3500 to purchase the modem...But the actual revised price is 2299, available on the website as well as told by customercare. These stores are trying cheat customers by charging extra (around Rs.1200) with a lame excuse that they havnt recieved the new stock. But the customer care tells me i can purchase it with the same stock at 2299.
    Now the stores have come with a different story. that it is 2299 only for Postpaid modems....???(as if we all are fools.) They took my foto and id proof telling they will provide it to me by evening.(Gave it coz i urgently needed the connectn),asked for advance..luckily i dint give them.
    Wen i calld them in the evening.
    They dont know about anything...they dont have stock...they dnt know about the id proof and foto...and just slammed the phone. Pitty on reliance.
    I Dont have much proof on this. the store is

    Default Reliance netconnect broadband+ complaint

    Dear Sir/Ma'am,

    My netconnect number is 9379376569; i had got this service from 9th February 2010 and as per the plan the first month was free and for entire 1 year; From Feb 2010 till Feb 2011 from the monthly charge of Rs.1049 there will be a reduction of Rs. 200 - Altogether i need to pay Rs.849 / month.

    I Purchased Reliance Netconnect on dt. 1/09/2009, At that time I paid Advance Rental for Annual,

    My Netconnect No. 9328775067

    After 2 months My data card was damaged. I go at service Center at ahmedabad,

    They are checkd it and give me a surity to riplace it,

    After 10 days I was Inquiry for It, But they said me Huawei has no stock so wait for another 10 days.

    They take a 3 months. After 3 Months they give me a another Dongal,

    It was Install in my Pc But same problem was came. I call at Coustmer Care Toll free But No. was not working (Till date)

    After I call at Ahmedabad, Mumbai (Chargeble Call) But No responsable Person came and talk with me.

    They adviced me to again my dongol was damaged and replace it and go at Service Center Ahmedabad.

    I was go at there and they give surity to me dongle will replace within 10 days.

    This time dongol came on time. But Problem still continue,

    ""678 Remote Computer does not respond""

    I am contact with Mr. Krunal (937733992) at Reliance Web World,

    but no Proper reply...

    Please Help Me sir... Start it Fast, and also give me my Due last 3 Months rental
