    Angry Reliance Net Connect+ Slow Access

    Hi,

    I am using Reliance NetConnect+ with card number 7483274318. My default speed plan is 3.1Mbps but its coming around 100Kbps which is very slow. Even i am not able to open a page. So please Do the needful action...

    FRIENDS AFTER READING THIS YOU WILL THANK ME FOR NOT BUYING RELIANCE CONNECT 2G/3G.
    Everyone knows that RELIANCE is a company which has been cheating the People of India for as many years as it came into existence, Anil Ambani is a leader who has failed repeatedly and the burden of his failure is borne by his consumers.
    I had taken the 3G dongle to still believe that may be Reliance Connect will improve and give me good service. But let me tell you the Reliance 3G does not work in most of the parts in India.
    I am living in one of the best cities Gurgaon and near a populated Sector 23 in Gurgaon, this works poorly here. It repeatedly disconnects and does not give me speed equal to 2G. MY email id is chat2amit@gmail.com, you are most welcome to test this before buying Reliance.
    Do not test the Reliance at the Outlets because they fool customers there by having some arrangement to have better speed, but at home this does not work.
    - I HAVE RAISED MY ISSUES TO RELIANCE APPEALEASTE AUTHORITY AND SPOKE TO ISHWAR (reliance Appealeate Authority, New Delhi) . HOWEVER HAVE RECEIVED NO HELP.
    - THEIR AGENT HAS VISISTED AND HE TESTED THE INSTRUMENT, AND HAD ADMITTED THAT THE ISSUE IS OF CONNECTIVITY IN THAT AREA..
    - NOW RELIANCE IS NEITHER REFUNDING ME DONGLE COST, NOR REFUNDING ME THE RENTAL, THOUGH THEY ADMIT THAT SPEED IS EXTREMELY POOR.
    RELIANCE has been cheating customers like me forever now, so I do not trust any of their products now, also please do not shop anything from Reliance Digital.
    My last advice: DO NOT EVER BUY A RELIANCE….SO EVENUALLY WE CAN SAY THAT YOUR HEAD ANIL AMBANI IS A CHEATER, AND DESERVES TO BE PUNISHED FOR THIS 2G SCAM...(I AM VERY SURE HE MUST HAVE DONE SOMETHING WRONG).....
    WHEN HE CAN CHEAT INNOCENT CUSTOMERS LIKE US....WHY SHOULD NOT WE INDIAN STAND AGAINST HIM AND ABOLISH HIS PRODUCTS FOREVER.

    Angry Worst Speed

    My Number is 9380798065. Im dwelling in Gandhi Nagar near Redhills. My Net speed is fucking slow...... i know that posting this complaint wont do anything improvization but to caution other people im posting this not to use Reliance Netconnect as it gives worst speed and and the money they charge is very high which does not deserve. Im going to disconnect my net and going to use mobile internet as it is much better.

    Respected sir/madam,
    I am a user of Reliance CDMA service from past 8 year, but being unhappy with the CDMA handset so i changed my service of reliance CDMA to GSM on 28th sept 2011. But unfortunately m not happy with the service of GSM range i have complaint for that for 15 times but there was no improvement that why i decided to port my reliance no.9323383445 to another service provider i.e vodafone on 9/11/2011. I got UPC no.RM 495727 valid till 24/11/2011. But on 15/11/2011 i came to know from vodafone that reliance is not porting the number with the reason "Attempting port within 90 days since the date of last porting". After that several times i visited reliance world chembur and contacted MS. shama, MR.prashant, amd manager MR punit but they told me the same reason for porting and could not satisfy me.But according to TRAI rule 'you can switch over to a new service provider only after 90 days with the exisisting service provider'.According to me i have ported reliance CDMA service to GSM service i have not ported service provider,only i have ported the service of same service provider.

    I am a Police Inspector serving in Mumbai Police. I am suffering a lot from reliance GSM service as i am handling emergency work. I am very old client of reliance so pls help me to the earliest and according to TRAI rule grant my request or otherwise i will hav to approach consumer court for the same. Thank you.

    I have purchased the reliance netconnect+ no. 9327344390 scheme of 3.1mb/s download/month for Rs 750/- per month promising.
    Since the purchase we haven't got the promised speed. The usual speed is 100 -125 kbps.
    A nuber of complaints were launched but no action was taken.
    please take into consideration this complaint.

    I have problem in my connection from 27/11/11 on that day Onwards I have facing Lot of problems in my connection so i called customer Care for 8 Times from that day onwards they told your Problem will be solved in Max 24 hrs..But nobody is responding me..Same Problem occurred Before this month also they take a 12 days to Resolve My complaint.last Problem is a Small problem but the customer care executives didn't responds me on day...So i've facing a lot of mental pressure for this only...And then i received a call from reliance payment section they told ur NOVEMBER month BILL is Rs.570 Why did i want to pay for not working net connection problem Days are 7/11/11 to 16/11/11...U know something i called Reliance Customer for totally 30 times for this month only..and the customer care executives cheaters are so rude talking to me NAME called Ravi..So m facing a lot of mental pressure So I want to File a complaint against RELIANCE BROADBAND and those who are talking to me from the customer care executives from that day onwards....Am sure i want to face it legally....

    After telecommunications Mr. Rupesh (Reliance service provider) said to me, i provide the the Reliance broadband connection at your home (House no-427 Vashundhara sec-3 Ghaziabad). He collected all the document and a check Rs. 1399. After some time he sad to me sorry sir net facility is not available in your location so i return your amount after 1 month by check, it is Reliance process so please wait one month. After one month he not receive my call. Please can you
    help me to refund my amount.

    Angry Worst airtel customer care service(charged 897 Rs)

    I am Nitin gupta and I am the customer of airtel fixed line since 6-7 years. My landline no is 0171-4002934 its on the name of Mr. Nalin Kumar my father. In the november month I have given a request to activate the smart bytes facility as i have reached my limit of broadband usage so i have opted for 299 plan for 5 GB. I have given this request in the 2nd week of november and next day I called airtel what happened to my request and they said its activated so i said i am not getting the speed so how can you say its activated then the executive locked a complained ok we will look into this i said ok. Then again next day i called he said its already activated and again i said the same thing he said ok we will open the complaint again and this process goes on and on upto 10 days . After that on 23rd of november I taked with your senior executive named Rahul he said sir actually the problem is your complaint is locked in wrong department and I am locking this now in right dept. so first of all this is not my fault that your executive locked my complaints in wrong dept. and secondly i have given only one request to activate the smart bytes and now I am getting the bill with additional 897 rupees saying its activated 3 times who said your executives to activate it 3 times i said i am not getting the speed then instead of looking into it they are just reactivating it and increasing my bill amount.

    I have already talked to Rahul your senior executive on 23rd saying him that My smart bytes are not activated this complte month and I will not give a single rupee he said ok I am also locking it and after that i got a call from airtel billing department saying sir you will not be charged with any amount related to smart bytes dont worry. I said ok now I want this 897 rupees to be waved off now. Technical issues are airtel problem why should I pay for your fault.



    After sending this email to airtel 121 I got a reply telling me that there is no error in my bill and avtivation request was given from my end. I have clearly mentioned that i have given the request once and I also said them to listen to my and your executives conversation recording but they dont want to listen.

    I am using airtel fixed line at Ambala Cantt and i will not recommend anyone to go with airtel anymore.

    Dear sir,mam i m from ludhiana i choose reliance for internet connection so i submit Rs.1200/- to munish dogra who is agent for connection in reliance but now after 5 days your employ Mr.Hemant.(Area Manager in ludhiana) his cell no.9357419343 is not addending my phone which i celled min. 100time to this person but he is not responding me abt. connection .i called ur head office in ludhiana miss pooja pic the phone but she does not transfer my call to manager and she not give manager"s phone no. and nodel officer of punjab cercle. all ur team of ludhiana circle not give me no...so in last i give u complaint abt. new connection. reliane is multinational commpany but my first immpression is very bad wid ludhiana staf. if u give personal interset talk to manger or area manager Mr. hemat why thay not give me new connection?

    My netconnect number is 9368240844 ; i had got this service from 21-04-2010 and as per
    the plan the first month was free; i was not given this free month service and on
    contacting customer support they have agreed its their mistake and have forgotten to
    add into my plan. But even after many complaints and follow-ups they haven't
    adjusted the bill till now .
