NOT PROVIDING THE SERVICE BY TATA INDICOM BROADBAND COMPANY.
ALOS, FOR THERE POOR SERVICES.
Hi, This is unsatisfied and frustrated customer of TATA INDICOM BROADBAND company.
The given blow things can state the service of tata indicom broadband company. I
have a plane of 384 kbps monthly.
Tata: Company told to customer at the time of connection that tata provides
384 Kbps speed and customer gets this speed
Customer: I usually get the speed around 300 kbps and some time it is 150 kbps.
I registered so many time complaint for the slow browsing but still
I am facing the same problem.
Also, the associates of company they used to tell me that Tata provide
60% Of speed and some time 80% of speed of customer plan.
Tata: Company told to customer at the time of connection that tata will provide
48 kbps downloading speed.
Customer: I hardly get the downloading speed of 30 kbps and some time it goes to
19 to 25 kbps.
In the welcome call from tata indicom broadband they told me if I disconnect the
Connection before starting of 4th month then I will get my 1 month amount back which
is more then Rs.1100.
Now they are telling me that I will not get any refund if I disconnect my connection
before starting of 4th month of connection.
I have also attached a file to prove it.
Kindly, Please disconnect my connection and help me to get my 1 month refund back.
Because, if the company do not do this thing then I am going to sue the company in
Consumer Court.

SERVICE BY GARUDA WLL .
ALOS, FOR THERE POOR SERVICES.
Hi, This is unsatisfied and frustrated customer of GARUDA WLL (internet user)
The given blow things can state the service of GARUDA WLL . I
have a prepaid plane of Rs300/monthly for unlimited usage of internet for one month..
GARUDA (Sanchar Haat): Company told to customer at the time of connection that GARUDA WLL provides
144 Kbps speed and customer gets this speed
Customer: I usually get the speed around 1.5-2 kbps and some time it is 0.5 kbps.
I registered so many time complaint for the slow browsing but still
I am facing the same problem.
GARUDA WLL: Company told to customer at the time of connection that GARUDA WLL will provide
18 kbps downloading speed.
Customer: I hardly get the downloading speed of 1-2 kbps and some time it goes to
5 kbps.
Kindly, Please solve my problem from which i m suffering from last three months
, if the company do not do this thing then I am going to sue the company in
Consumer Court.
