I was staying in K-608,Rna courtyard , Mira road east on 1st of aug I have
given a request for the shifting of my connection as I was shifting to my
new address *c-601, Kanakia , Marie gold 4,Baverly park , mira road (east)
pin-401107* where I am staying presently

For this I have charged Rs.1000 imme on 2nd aug

on 3rd of aug two of ur engineer has come they have given new connection at
my new house in kanakia , c-601 & after that Rs.600 also deducted from my
account.But from 4th of aug nothing was coming in my tv & the msg was
showing your card was not authorised.

I have given a complain in ur customer care on 4th of aug & i have been
promised that by 6th of aug it will be solved but nothing happened by 6th so
on 6th when I have called that time I have been told some body from ur back
hand team has called me but as i have not picked up the phone my complain
has been cancelled (where as nobody has called me) so they have taken a new
complain & told me by 8th of aug it will be solved .

on 8th of aug when i have enquired about my complain because it has not been
solved I have got the same reply from ur side & has been promised that by
10th it will be solved.On 10th again I got same reply & has been promised
that it will be solved by 12th of aug.

After this I have not called ur customer care no.because I do not have any
faith on ur people & wait, but till 20th aug nothing has been done & there
was no tv connection in my home for 16 days.

in the mean time I was always getting a message on my mobile that my account
balance is not sufficeant & my account has been suspended where as my
balance is rs.457 till now.

So looking at all these things I have taken another connection by paying
RS.2500 from big tv which is running smoothly.

Again I have called ur customer care yesterday that is on 27th & again I
have been promised that by 29th it will be solved

Today on 28th I have got a call from Delhi the no. is 011*46867900* about
the problem, nothing happened & that time they told me that my account has
been suspended when I have askeed is it for my mistake they told me that no
it is not for my mistake it is because of some of your technical fault

1.Now the question is that what happen to my connection & when it will be
restored
2.for your techncal fault why should I suffer when there was no mistake from
my side & my account was clear.
3.Who will bear the additional cost of my second connection from big tv
4.If u are not intrested then pl return me my entire money back approx
Rs.5000
