The reason to continue is that the issue has still not been resolved and nobody has bothered to follow up on that thread.

As per bill no. 534352940 a change in billplan was made on 5th july 2011, and every month a total of 110/- is charged extra for nothing.
I was not informed about this change nor had I asked for any changes to be made to my account in the first place.
I have called repeatedly & spoken to cx service reps and sent mails but nothing has been done to correct the error.
my reference nos include 4207826.
I need this to be taken care of.
