It is with great disappointment I state that I had applied for a New Airtel Broadband Connection (through Mr. Rishikesh whose mobile number is 9717136471 12 days back and it has not yet been installed at my home. Moreover I was assured by Mr. Rishikesh himself and Mr Surendra Kalra (mobile number

) that the connection would be installed by Friday 16th of September, 2011. But that was false assurance to me.

When I am trying to call them up for the status of the new connection they do not answer their phones.

So now I have decided that I do not want to get the Airtel Broadband connection which the pathetic services that I have got initially at the very start which makes me wonder how the services would be after I get the connection.

I had never expected such an unprofessional behavior from the employees of such a big brand.

I would request you to kindly take action against this.
