Dear sir,

I am a regular use of reliance broadband Services. Since last four months services for broadband by reliance is not working and even after number of complaints problem is not solved and services are not started even as on date. Though Reliance has failed to provide the silve the complaints even after four months , they are very quick in sending the bills and threatening calls for non payment. May I ask how some one can charge for the services not provided for. Due to unavailability of broad band services I was forced to incur a loss of Rs. 25,000/- in these four months. Who will be responsible for making good the same. Reliance was kind enough to give me a rebate of Rs. 1200/- for one month for the services not provided for, whereas they are charging Rs. 1650/- each month. Who will make the payment of balance Rs. 450/- for the services not provided for and not started for even as on date.

Please guide me in the matter, how to proceed against Reliance Com. I have all the proof with regrence to my grievance. A detailed letter is already been sent to Reliance, but no reply.
