Hi,

We JKT Enterprises Pvt. Ltd had subscribed for the Reliance internet plan- WICV19H under user ID: 350806827004 but the connection is not functioning since 25.06.08.In response to our complained launched on the same day Reliance representative installed another instrument but that too was of no use as it did not supported our IP. Inspite of nonfunctioning of the system a bill (no.281315534564) of amount Rs.2359 have been raised on 19.08.08.We have filed numerous complaints as per the record,
Date-25/06/08 Complaint No.-70855496,
Date-26/06/08 Complaint No.- 70876059,
Date-27/06/08 Complaint No.-71009875
Date-28/06/08 Complaint No.-70994209
Date-08/07/08 Complaint No.-71578931.
but no satisfactory action have been taken to resolve the matter.

On 06.09.08 as directed by the service assistant, we sent a mail to broadband@relianceada.com to discontinue the internet services but still nothing was done from there side and still we are receiving the bill for the services we have never availed.

kindly help me to resolve the issue.

Yes thsi is an commercial connection and is under Reliance Internet Plan-WICV19H under user
ID:350806827004.

You can not file case if you are using the service for the commercial purpose*.

Hi ,

The reality is that we did not used the connection at all , it never worked. we are receiving bills for something we have never used.

Hello,

If the customer care is not helping you out, then take the address of the Nodal officer of your zone from the customer care of the parent company, and send a written complaint via registered post. Mention all the details and complaint in the notice.
