Billing Fraud - Reliance -They know how to cheat than providing service I had requested for the cancellation of my HSD Card connection on 3rd of June (i called customer care and informed them that i dont want to continue internet connection. She told me they will take this as complaint and it will be disconnected with in 7 days). And the connection got disconnected on August only.
Now Reliance is threatening me for the outstanding amount for the June and july month Bill. otherwise they mentioned that they will do legal action against this.
I raised complaint in Reliance Customer Care.
They called me. His name is Mukesh.
He just said apologize for not disconnecting the service on July 10th. The connection supposed to disconnect on july 10 th 2011. he said it was mistake from Customer care person. but it only disconnected on end of August.
But He told me to pay the remaining amount july & august ?
Reliance : Do you think Its good ? dont you think its s simply cheating your ex-customer ?

Also, Reliance CustomerCare told me that I had used the internet connection on july month.
I want to ask a question to Reliance : Do you think, i suppose to disconnect the internet after raising request for disconnection?
I want to lodge a complaint against Reliance for this cheating .
